LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Peggy Tanous and Alexis Bellino feud heats up tonight on OC Housewives. But this week, Peggy Tanous and Alexis Bellino battled not just each other but foreclosure reports. In a series in which multiple OC Housewives have battle financial troubles and foreclosure struggles, this week Peggy Tanous and Alexis Bellino are ready to fume after weeks of bickering.

Last week, Alexis Bellino said “no comment” during OC Housewives when asked about foreclosure reports. During the episode, Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra were fascinated about Alexis and Jim’s financial troubles. When asked about it, Alexis said “no comment”. But in December 2010, Bellino released a statement to news. “To set the record straight, we have not filed bankruptcy.”

Last week, Tamra Barney said of Alexis that “She said they are doing a loan modification … on that $5 million house”. Tamra added “No one knows what Jim does.”

Bellino said in her statement to news in December “I have been working since I was 13 years old, and have made sure that our investments are diversified – we own multiple companies, properties, securities and other assets.” She added “The bank’s actions, however, forced the entity that holds title to the home to file Chapter 11 re-organization bankruptcy protection for the purpose of protecting this asset while we continue to work towards resolution. This is commonly done.”

Last week, Tamra said on OC “The weird thing is [Jim] gets a different house and different car every time.” Ironically,
this weekend, the Bellinos revealed to news that they have their eyes on, yet again, a different house.

Meantime, across town, Peggy Tanous and husband Micah are allegedly having real estate “loan modification” issues of their own. Peggy’s reportedly newly filed suit allegedly claims “(Tanous) is determined to keep [her] property. It is her family’s home, and she does not want to lose the Property in a foreclosure sale.”
