Obama Birth Certificate Press Conference Prompts Donald Trump Reaction

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – President Obama’s Birth Certificate was released to news today in press conference (video and certificate below), prompting Donald Trump’s praise and reaction. The Obama certificate called a “Certificate of Live Birth” is a longer-form birth certificate. In a news briefing today, White House Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer released the document. The White House said that the President had asked for the release of the document.

In a news conference today, Obama said “We’ve had every official in Hawaii – Democrat and Republican – … confirm that yes, I was born in Hawaii.” The President called discussion of his birth certificate as “silliness.” :We do not have time for this kind of silliness. We’ve got better stuff to do”.

Donald Trump said he was “honored” to have helped get the certificate released. But he said he was still suspicious that it was being released now after years of debate. “I am honored to have played a big role’ in the release of Obama’s birth certificate.”

Pfeiffer called attention on the birth certificate a “sideshow” that was distracting the President from his job.

Trump told NBC News “Today I’m very proud of myself, because I’ve accomplished something that no one else has been able to accomplish.” He added “I want to look at it, but I hope it’s true. … But he should have done it a long time ago.” Click HERE (pdf) to see the certificate.

Dancing with the Stars Results Tonight Prompts Chris Jericho Shocker

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Chris Jericho and Cheryl Burke were eliminated in Dancing with the Stars results tonight, a shocker that captivated ABC viewers. Chris Jericho and Cheryl Burke were lackluster on last night’s performance, delivering a mere twenty-two score. But for results for tonight April 26, 2011, fans and news critics felt that competitors already weak in previous performances could face elimination, not Jericho.

Jericho delivered average results for “Don’t Stop Believing” with Burke, a rendition of the tango that lacked emotion. But still, the performance was decent. Carrie Ann said that they too “weren’t exciting” and “weren’t passionate”. Even Bruno said the performance failed. “Tonight, it really didn’t happen for you” Bruno politely remarked. He claimed the pair went for a rock theme but ended like a block of granite. Len agreed. He told them they lacked intensity. But, he told them they “did an excellent job”.

Just last week, the pair delivered an impressive twenty-six  along with Romeo and Chelsie, and Chelsea and Mark.

On the waltz, Carrie Ann said she thought Jericho could win entire season. Bruno said “it was absolutely wonderful”. But Len remarked it “was a little bit flat footed.” But still Jericho dominated news as one of the better competitors this season.

Earlier, Jericho and Burke also found success on the rumba. At the time, fans and news believed Jericho and Burke could go far in this season’s competition. They scored an impressive twenty-one for the rumba, prompting Len to remark their lines and poses were perfect. Bruno said they did a good job. But Carrie Ann thought the hip action was a “little strange.”

But last night Carrie Ann lost faith in Jericho. In previous weeks she had said “All I can say is, I’m loving me some Chris Jericho right now.” On their Cha Cha Cha, Carrie Ann called it “kind of like a Chippendale’s cha-cha!”. Bruno Tonioli even had said “I haven’t had so much fun with leather and PVC since the Village People.”
