Tamra Barney and Eddie Judge Still Going Steady in “Spectacular”
ORANGE COUNTY (LALATE) – Tamra Barney and Eddie Judge (photos below) are still going “steady” in a new “spectacular”, teases Andy Cohen Sunday. But while Tamra Barney has repeatedly taken off her clothes this season, episode by episode, Real Housewives of OC ratings have not taken off nor been spectacular.
As Bravo halted the launch of anymore Housewives series and canceled the D.C. Housewives after one season, this season for OC has been lackluster as well. While the OC season has seemingly attempted to push the envelope on showing more skin, it hasn’t particularly impacted the ratings.

TVByTheNumbers reports that three weeks ago OC drew a decent 1.79 ratings share, barely beating Holly’s World. Substantially less than Kourtney and Kim Take New York, OC was behind Iron Chef, Chopped, and Army Wives. As Tamra took to her bathtub, unclothed, and then to a photo shoot unclothed, her dropping of clothes were followed by dropping of Bravo ratings as well.
Two weeks ago, the series dropped to 1.519 ratings share. OC however has held against Discovery / TLC competitors in Human Planet and Sister Wives.

The question is whether anything has been spectacular about this season’s romance of Barney and Judge. Despite Bravo’s attempt to push the love-envelop the season, the series has fallen flat on its core feature, drama, often becoming a snooze-fest of rehashing previous dramatic storylines from early episodes, even early seasons.
Each week, OC has started much with the same Housewives line, “I’m calling because I’m having a party on Thursday and wanted to know if you would attend?” But with little happening this season, if the OC Housewives keep on having drab storylines, viewers may not continue to tune in.

the reason the masses aren’t watching oc housewives is it has become so trashy….they drink constantly, no one but Vicky has a job, they are hateful, plastic self centered people with not much to offer society and bless their childrens hearts, they don’t stand a chance…wouldn’t you love to see your mom * in a tub with some young guy…and then find out she got drunk and french kissed a lesbian…lucky kids…parent’s should not have these kids they should have been neutered….and we wonder why this country is in the shape it’s in..

I think the reason the ratings are down the drain are due to the late time it is on and because Bravo plays the episodes over and over and over. There is no reason to stay up late to catch the new episode when you can see the episode the next day at an earlier time frame.
