Adam Sandler did not die today, but he is the subject of the same fake death report that struck Jim Carrey only fourteen days ago. Exactly two weeks to the day, a fake death report claimed that Jim Carrey died in a snowboarding accident. Now, Carrey’s name has been swapped out and replaced with Adam Sandler, with virtually the same fabricated storyline.

On June 10, 2010, Russell Crowe was the subject of a fake skiing accident story. At the time, the fake report claimed Crowe died in Kitzbühel, Austria, in the Hahnenkamm mountain between Hahnenkamm (5616 ft., 1712 m) and Kitzbühler Horn (6548 ft., 1996 m).

On March 2, 2011, the story was back, with a different mountain and a different actor.This time Carrey was falsely reported to have died in a snowboarding accident, only twenty-four hours after John Cena battled fake death reports of his own.

Today’s fake story sounds exactly like Carrey’s. “Actor Adam Sandler is reported to have died shortly after a snowboard accident earlier today – March 16, 2011″ claims the fabricated report. “The actor & novice snowboarder was vacationing at the Zermatt ski resort in Zermatt, Switzerland with family and friends. Witnesses indicate that Adam Sandler lost control of his snowboard and struck a tree at a high rate of speed.”

Sandler is not dead, he wasn’t snowboarding in Zermatt. Despite now three years of fake train, plane, car, ski, and snowboarding accident, Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas aren’t dead either.
