LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Lakiha Spicer Tyson (photo below) and Mike Tyson have welcomed a new baby boy. Lakiha Spicer Tyson had Mike Tyson’s eighth child on Tuesday, reports news. This is the second child for the couple.

Mike Tyson was previously married to Robin Givens and Monica Turner. But following the tragic death of his daughter Exodus, Tyson married Lakiha.

In October 2009, Tyson told news that he didn’t want to know all the details of Exodus’ tragic death. During a sit-down interview Oprah that year, Tyson said that the death of daughter Exodus left him enraged. Exodus died after being choked on a family treadmill’s cord.

Oprah asked Tyson “You don’t want to know?”

Tyson responded “If I know, then there might be a blame for it. And if there’s somebody to blame for it, there will be a problem. My first instinct was a lot of rage, you know, and I was so happy that I had the tools in life, you know, to not go in that direction because I’ve been that direction. I know where that’s gonna lead me. I know I’m not gonna win”.

In July 2010, Tyson shocked fans with a stunning weight loss. Fifteen months after showing a large frame during the promotion of his documentary Tyson, the boxing great took to a soccer match in Peterborough, England, revealing both a dramatic weight loss and that he had become a vegan.

NEW YORK (LALATE) – Albemarle House is heading to a foreclosure auction February 16 reports local news. Albemarle House for Patricia Kluge, the ex-wife of the late John Kluge, is the latest in a series of troubled assets. But for a property as important as Albemarle House, the glory of a legendary property may have finally come to an end.

Albemarle House had no buyers in 2009 when Kluge put it on the market. At a price tag of $100 million, buyers just weren’t interested, even though the seller boasted the property as “one of the most important” homes in American, not just today, but “since the Golden Age”.

What was Kluge to do?

News reports claim that buyers didn’t wish to pay a golden price tag for the eight bedroom, twenty-four thousand square foot mansion in Charlottesville, Virginia. So Kluge slashed the price to $48 million.

While the home (photo here) is near Monticello, buyers (and perhaps even tourists) still didn’t come. With a $23 million loan against the mansion, Kluge had to come up with another idea. News claim she next listed the home now for a “bargain” price of $24 million. A home that had drawn historians was now attracting  dire financial news.

The bank had enough. It’s set to sell it in a foreclosure auction February 16.

Kluge was once called “The Richest Brit in Virginia”. Now her Albemarle House is making news as the most discounted, mortgaged estate in Virginia.

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – Taco Bell meat ingredients are prompting one beef of a lawsuit. Taco Bell’s ingredients for “meat filling” and its advertising practices have prompted a new lawsuit against the popular fast food chain.

An ingredient label from “Taco Bell Corp of Irvine California” posted online allegedly indicates the Taco Meat Filling ingredients. The appropriate term is “meat filling”. The first alleged ingredient in the taco meat filling is “beef”. But how about the remained of the ingredients that span nine lines of ingredients on the packaged label?

A law firm claims that beef, while appearing first on the ingredient list, only comprises 36% of “meat filling”. What is the remaining 64%? The firm claims its additives like “caramel color”, even “cocoa powder”. Yes, there is cocoa, sugar and even oats in their “meat filling.”

So what exactly is the … beef … regarding the Taco Bell (NYSE: YUM) ingredients?

An Alabama law firm claims that Taco Bell has no right to allegedly call its products “seasoned ground beef” or “seasoned beef” . The firm uses the standards set by the USDA. In the complaint filed this month, the lawsuit claims that Taco Bell’s “meat mixture” is less than 35% beef. Obney is not seeking damages but demanding Taco Bell to stop calling their product “beef”.

President and Chief Concept Officer Greg Creed says the lawsuit is without merit and based upon wrong information. Creed claims plaintiff(s) “elected to sue first and ask questions later — and got their ‘facts’ absolutely wrong.” In a news statement issued this month, Creed states the following: “At Taco Bell, we buy our beef from the same trusted brands you find in the supermarket, like Tyson Foods. We start with 100 percent USDA-inspected beef. Then we simmer it in our proprietary blend of seasonings and spices to give our seasoned beef its signature Taco Bell taste and texture.”

Taco Bells claims its seasoning is fully disclosed online and fully understood, and enjoyed, by consumers.

“We are proud of the quality of our beef and identify all the seasoning and spice ingredients on our website.” Unfortunately, the lawyers in this case elected to sue first and ask questions later — and got their “facts” absolutely wrong. We plan to take legal action for the false statements being made about our food.”

DETROIT (LALATE) – Detroit Metropolitan Airport flights have resumed after evacuations earlier today. Detroit Airport was temporarily closed in part Tuesday after a suspicious box was found. The box was discovered on Concourse B in the McNamara Terminal shortly after 7 :30 am local time Tuesday.

The Terminal was closed and travelers evacuated. As many as 14 flights scheduled for that Concourse’s gates were delayed initially. But two hours later, the package was determined as harmless.

The box had been scheduled to be loaded as cargo on a departing plane. Airport officials would not confirm what characteristics apparent with the box prompted the security alert. But the good news for travelers is that flights as of 10:30 am EST are back on schedule.

Airport spokesman Mike Conway said the alert was handled with “an abundance of caution.” Conway would also not detail why the box prompted today’s alert.

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Izabela Lukomska-Pyzalska (photos below) is a former Playboy star. Now Izabela Lukomska-Pyzalska is club chair of Warta Poznan. Izabela in 2001 was named the Playboy Playmate of the Year. She would also go on to appear in other magazines that year and eventually earn a lead role on the the Polish soap opera “What Are Men Afraid of?”

But today she is making clear she is not afraid of being club chair of the Polish second division soccer team, Warta Poznan.

Izabela Lukomska-Pyzalska admits she modeled for several years. From Playboy,  she moved in construction. For five years she worked in construction development as a developer of Poznan. Izabela Lukomska-Pyzalska tells news today that her job as Warta Poznan’s club chair is no different that working in male-dominated construction industry.
