LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A tape of Tayra Ryan and Kendra Wilkinson allegedly together, recorded by Justin Frye (photo below), is the latest scandal to strike the reality star. Taryn Ryan and Kendra Wilkinson allegedly appear on video tape together, filmed by Justin Frye; the film is currently being shopped for domestic release.

In May 2010, news hit that Justin Frye and  Kendra Wilkinson would allegedly be featured on a scandal tape to be released. Now Frye is reportedly tied to the currently latest alleged tape to strike the wife of Hank Baskett.

Star magazine claimed last year that Kendra knew Justin when she graduated from high school in 2003. The two reportedly shared an apartment for the next year in which they dated.  By 2004, the couple had split, and Kendra was next dating Hugh Hefner and living in the Playboy Mansion.

In May of 2010, news reports claimed a possible second tape existing dubbed the “Taryn Tape”. A report claimed that a second tape, one allegedly between Kendra and a woman named Taryn, would be released in the near future. The report asserted that the first tape’s distributor “is reportedly also in possession of the … tape. It could provide the … follow-up hit to the much-hyped Kendra Exposed video that it plans to release on May 28 [2010].”

Today, the same website claims that the alleged tape features Taryn Ryan and spans 45 minutes in length.  Wilkinson reportedly made substantial moneys from the release of the 2010 tape. Wilkinson, Baskett and Ryan have yet to comment about the report.

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Bret Michaels underwent heart surgery to repair a hole in his heart found last May. Bret Michaels’ reps tell news today that the recent heart surgery was a success and that Bret is back at home resting comfortably with family and fiancée Kristi Gibson.

Bret Michaels learned of the hole after suffering a mini-stroke in May 2010. Today his physician Dr. Mansour Assar issued a news statement to PEOPLE that Bret will be back to “normal activity” in just weeks. Dr. Mansour Assar of St Joseph’s says the procedure was successful and Bret will fully recover.

It’s the latest in good news for Bret Michaels on his complete road to recovery.

Last year, Dr. Joseph Zabramski told news that Bret had a warning stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA). Dr. Joseph Zabramski said in a news statement in May 2010 that “The good news is that it is operable and treatable and we think we may have diagnosed the problem that caused the…warning stroke; however we feel it is highly unlikely this is connected to the brain hemorrhage he suffered just a few weeks earlier.” Dr. Zabramski said that Michaels correctly sought medical attention immediately after feeling “severe numbness”.

He added “Medically speaking it is a fantastic attitude both mentally and physically for him to have. However, Bret’s brain and body are not quite 100 percent yet, especially with the hole found in his heart.”

Bret Michaels and Kristi Lynn Gibson have two kids together – Raine Elizabeth Sychak born May 20, 2000; and Jorja Bleu Sychak, born May 5, 2005.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Chris Medina (video below) last night took to American Idol with Juliana Ramos. Fiancée Juliana Ramos suffered a car accident that left her with brain damage; now she is the inspiration for Medina and American Idol fans.

Two months before his wedding, Chris Medina’s fiancée Juliana Ramos suffered severe brain damage during a car accident. She now has limited speech and movement. The story resulted in Steven Tyler shedding a tear, along with countless Fox viewers last night. “I got to tell you man, I am so happy right now,” Steven Tyler said.

And while Ramos was a month in a coma following her car accident, last night she was brought to American Idol to show her support. Medina said “If I were to make it Hollywood, I feel like it would get her to be happy again. I would feel like I would already won.”

Medina sang “Break Even” by the Script.

Today fans are split over Fox’s depiction of the story. Medina is being referred to by MTV News as “the most polarizing contestant since [Danny Gokey]“, the New York Times calls the bringing of Ramos into the audition room by producers “an act of emotionally manipulative television [by Fox]“. Others disagree.

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – Desert Valley Auto Parts is certainly not the first auto show to fuel up for Discovery Networks. But last night, the McClure family and Desert Valley Auto Parts took to junkyards and back roads to find unusual car items, while finding television fans at the same time. As Discovery explains in a recent news statement, Desert Car Kings is the latest in a series of new reality shows that it has put in the fast lane.

Discovery recently told news that Desert Car Kings is one of a series of premieres slated for the next ninety days. They include Sons of Guns, Kidnap and Rescue (premiering this week), Man Vs Wild, Out of the Wild Venezuela, and American Loggers. But while Discovery has been driving fans on shows about cars for several years, Desert Car Kings features storylines not just about the rides but also the family behind the restoration.

In a statement, Discovery (NASDAQ: DISCA) reveals that Ron and Jason McClure’s Desert Valley Auto Parts house 10,000 vehicles in over 100 acres, stuck right in the middle of the “sun baked Arizona” landscape. Their ultimate goal is finish their restorations, and ink a profit, before heading to auction. Along the way, Discovery hopes that the bringing cars back to life with also bring tv viewers back for more.

But has filming changed the McClures? In a news interview with the Phoenix New Times, Jason explains that filming hasn’t changed his relationship with his dad. “I love working with cars, and I love working with my dad”. The McClures tell news that fans will often see their cars to the Five Star Auto Auction during episodes.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Red Jacket Firearms loads up “Son of Guns”, the new Discovery reality show; but Red Jacket Firearms founder Will Hayden doesn’t believe his show will ever become another American Chopper. Red Jacket Firearms is a Baton Rouge-based family operation headed by Will Hayden that works on fascinating old and new firearms. And while the show may bare a similar structure to American Chopper, behind the scenes the family is nothing like the Teutuls with everyone getting along … at least for now.

On Wednesday night, the Silver Spring based cable operator, Discovery Channel, premiered its latest entry, Son of Guns. As Discovery explains in new statement recently released, the show is set in the Red Jacket shop (website: redjacketfirearms.com) located in Louisiana bayou. Fan and news reaction to the show last night was overwhelming.

“When Will isn’t rebuilding a “bring-back” rifle from the Vietnam War or using his wealth of weapon history knowledge to determine if a pistol found in the attic is an antique or not, he can be found in his shop with his daughter Stephanie and the rest of his team, swapping gossip with his customers” says Discovery.

Discovery (NASDAQ: DISCA) explains to news that its show will appeal to history buffs and firearm fans. “Whether it’s having a lunch break shooting contest, going on a nighttime bayou bow fishing trip or field testing a fully automatic M2 .50 caliber machine gun, viewers will catch the Red Jacket team always finding time to have some fun on SONS OF GUNS.”

The show’s star Will Hayden will be seen working on items for law enforcement and even collectors. He won’t just recondition old items, but customize them as well, and the items will not just be firearm but also knives, swords, and even cannons. “If someone needs to restore a WWII flamethrower to make it operational, Will can do that too. And when the sheriff’s department needs to turn two guns – a shotgun and a rifle – into one, they call Will.”
