CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Julie Powers Schenecker (aka Julie Schenecker) killed her two kids after a dispute Thursday, claim police. Julie Powers Schenecker confessed to murdering her children Calyx Powers Schenecker, 16, and Powers Beau Schenecker, 13, said a police representative Friday.

Schenecker was arrested Friday after a call to police by Schenecker’s mother in Texas. The grandmother said that she was worried about her daughter and grandchildren; during that conversation, Schenecker allegedly confessed to her mom in murdering her two children. In a statement to news late Friday, Tampa Police spokeswoman Laura McElroy said “The suspect (Julia Schenecker) confessed to killing her two children. She described the crimes in detail.”

When police went to the home at 16305 Royal Park Court in Tampa Palms on Friday, the found Schenecker covered in blood, a murder note, the weapon, and the victims. One child was a student at Liberty Middle School, the other at King High School.

Her husband was out of the country at the time. Army Col. Parker Schenecker, 48, is part of the MacDill Air Force Base.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The search for missing Juliani Cardenas is now focusing on his alleged kidnapper’s car. Police have warned friends and family that Juliani Cardenas may have died with the kidnapper inside his car found Friday in a California canal. Police believe that Juliani Cardenas potentially could be found dead with his kidnapper once the car is removed from the canal possibly this evening.

Friday started with divers searching the waters of a Central California canal. During their search, they found the Toyota Corolla owned by Juliani Cardenas’s suspected kidnapper, Jose Rodriquez.

Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson told news earlier today that divers’ cameras were able to spot the license plate of the Toyota but could not see the vehicle’s contents. Divers are currently attaching a line to a tow truck to drag the car out from the canal’s 42 degree waters. If divers fail Friday afternoon, they will have to wait four hours again for water levels to drop.

Rodriguez is accused to taking Juliani from his grandmother’s hands on January 18. Rodriguez is the ex-boyfriend of Juliani’s mother; he is not the child’s biological father.

Sheriff Adam Christianson says he has a backup diver ready to assist. But the zero visibility, rising water levels, and water temperatures is making the rescue effort as of late Friday afternoon exceptionally difficult.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Courtney Bowles, a Mountain View High School staffer, has been arrested. Courtney Bowles was found unclothed in the backseat of a car, with a bottle of vodka, along with an unclothed male teen. Courtney Bowles is a teacher’s instructional coach at the Loveland, Colorado High School.

Courtney Bowles was found with her clothes off by an officer on a routine patrol. He drove up and found the two consenting individuals in the middle of having relations. The officer asked the boy how old he was. Initially the boy lied about his age. After the officer pressed further, the teen admitted he was 16. Courtney Bowles said that she bought the alcohol for the two of them but they only had a “sip”.

A court this week ruled that Bowles must stay away from the teen. She is being held on a $50,000 recognizance bond.  She has also been ordered not to have contact with any person under age 18.

Courtney Bowles has been charged with multiple counts including contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was arrested last Friday in a park. Local news reports that Courtney Bowles is due in court next week. Bowles and Mountain View High have yet to comment about the matter.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Junior Lee Beebe has confessed to the murder of Amy Henslee said police today. Junior Lee Beebe was arraigned for the murder of Amy Henslee on Friday. He was also charged in the death of Tonya Howarth.

Police confirmed during a news briefing Friday that Junior Lee Beebe gave a confession. Beebe reported told investigators that he murdered the two females found buried in Hartford Township this week. Michigan State Police investigators said that Junior Lee Beebe visited the single mother of two on Monday. Henslee had just sent her two kids off to school. Beebe reportedly murdered Henslee in a similar fashion to Howarth, 36.

Police believe Howarth may have been Beebe’s girlfriend. He then took both bodies and buried them on a lot that he owns in Bangor Township.

After been arrested, Junior Lee Beebe allegedly detailed how he carried out the crimes. Junior Lee Beebe faces life in prison if convicted. His next court date is February 8. Junior Lee Beebe is a cousin of Amy’s husband. Van Buren County Prosecutor Juris Kaps has yet to identify a motive for the murders.

BEVERLY HILLS (LATE) - Where does everyone live on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and are they really friends? Last night’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Reunion part one revealed, that unlike other Bravo housewives series, this cast actually did know each other well before the series began. But as the Real Housewives reunion aired last night, viewers finally learned the connection between all these cast members. Rather than Beverly Hills, it’s “Beverly Park”, a gated community.

Kim Richards told viewers last night that the cast members of the Beverly Hills Housewives are all Kyle Richards’ friends, not hers. Kyle Richards also told viewers that she had gotten Camille Grammer (not a resident of Beverly Hills) to join a cast fully under production at the time.

So what’s the connection between all the Housewives?

Lisa Vanderpump’s real estate agent (as is Camille’s) is Mauricio Umansky, Kyle Richards’ husband. Mauricio Umansky is currently trying to sell (address here, photos here) the very house Lisa depicts in this season of Housewives. Well there is no mention of the series, the house is well known to tv viewers and even disclosed by Lisa on her own website (located here). Priced at $29 million, Mauricio Umansky promotes this house on his website as a “secluded two acre site harbors a stunning French Chateau with superb finishes throughout. The house encompasses elegance and charm featuring a superb master bedroom with beautiful master bathrooms.”

Last night Andy Cohen asked Lisa what it was like living in a house that is 17,000 square feet? Lisa said it’s too large and that she’s moving. Yet, Mauricio indicates the house is 15,560 square feet.

Mauricio works for Hilton and Hyland, the real estate brokerage firm co-founded by Rick Hilton, who of course is married to Kyle and Kim’s sister Kathy Hilton and is father of Paris and Nicky Hilton.

Lisa was asked last night on Real Housewives how rich Adrienne Maloof really is. Lisa suggested to Andy Cohen that Maloof’s net wealth arguably dwarfs every cast member. Maloof has made no secret that she is Lisa’s neighbor. But with Lisa’s lot size of 143,000 square feet, don’t expect Lisa and Adrienne to be able to call out to one another from the kitchen windows.

What does Lisa say of her home? “As you can see from my home in the gated community of Beverly Park, I have always had an interest in quality properties. Ken and I have owned beautiful homes all over the world, including in the South of France and our estate in The Cotswold’s in the English Countryside….. I also design all of my homes, as I do with our restaurants, and try to create an ambience that compliments the style of the home.”
