Karima el-Mahroug who goes by the name of Ruby Rubacuori or Ruby Heartstealer was 17 when she met Silvio Berlusconi.  European news claims that he met Ruby through Nicole Minetti. Minetti is a showgirl turned hygienist who then got a job in Berlusconi’s party after cleaning the leader’s teeth.

Ruby says she and Berlusconi never had relations but attended “bunga bunga” parties. She claims he hosted the parties at his Milan mansion. Ruby claims she was given lots of money and stunning jewelry by the leader.

Berlusconi’s response to criticism … drew criticism as well. “As always, I work without interruption and if occasionally I happen to look a beautiful girl in the face, it’s better to like beautiful girls than to be gay.”

Ruby The Heartstealer’s details have now prompted an investigation. Berlusconi’s lawyers confirms he is under police investigation for alleged purchasing of relations. The investigation claims that the leader and Ruby had relations between February and May of 2010, allegations both deny.

“When I said I was 17, he said that in the past he’d had problems with minors. He said he didn’t want it to happen again,” Ruby has told La Repubblica. “Then we said goodbye, he was polite but firm. I was upset, as he was the first man in my life who had not wanted to take me to bed. He was like a father, I swear.”

What did Ruby receive? While she claims she didn’t have relations, she does admit receiving a Damiani diamond necklace, €7,000 and an Audi.
