CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Dominic Raiola’s video after the Lions vs Dolphins game has prompted an investigation. Dominic Raiola video shows the Loins center giving a gesture and comment to a fan while exiting the Sun Life Stadium Sunday. Dominic Raiola was videotaped by a fan nearby as he made the gesture and a remark at another spectator.

Dominic Raiola has yet to comment about the matter.

But coach Jim Schwartz said Sunday he has reviewed the tape and that the video is under investigation. So will Dominic Raiola face punishment? Schwartz says “there’s potential for team discipline.” He would clarify what disciple was being considered.

NFL rep Greg Aiello has yet to comment about the matter. Adam Schefter expects NFL reaction swiftly. “Detroit Lions Center Dominic Raiola is going to be in trouble with the league over this”.

This would not be the first time that Raiola has gotten in trouble. The Lions fined him $7500 two years ago for his comment against a Lions fans.

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – The Adrienne Nicole Martin (photos below) 911 call tape was released Monday. In the 911 call, August Busch’s householder staffer Michael Jung phones dispatchers. Jung says that he was joined with at least one other person in finding Martin “not waking up”.

“Yeah, we need an ambulance at 2032 South Lindbergh” says Jung. When the dispatches asks what’s the problem, Jung says “this girl is just not waking up”. From there, Jung twice says “we”. “We can’t get her to … we don’t know.”

Martin, who was reportedly dating Busch, was last seen alive at 3:30 am on December 19 confirm police. They have yet to indicate where she was last seen alive, and who last saw her alive.

Over the weekend, the Frontenac Police Department confirmed that Busch was in the home when Martin was found dead. Police confirm that Jung’s 911 call was made 42 minutes after she was found unresponsive.

“Is she breathing?” the dispatcher asks Jung. Jung says he doesn’t know, responding the notable line “It’s dark back there. I’m going to get a light and try and see.” The Frontenac Police Department refused a request for an interview last week when asked by the Post Dispatch. Police have yet to indicate what “back there” is referring to.

Busch’s attorney has yet to indicate if he knows how Martin died, but did say her death was “tragic”. Busch reported her death promptly to Martin’s ex husband. Martin’s ex, a doctor, who has previously claimed his wife suffered from the heart condition Long QT syndrome. Martin’s ex husband claims she allegedly refused treatment for the condition.

He claims the condition can be fatal. But Suzanne McCune, administrator of the medical examiner’s office, says Martin did not die from an illness.

BEVERLY HILLS (LALATE) – Lisa Vanderpump chats about the Polo Longue and her handbags on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. But Vanderpump found drama both at the Polo Lounge and over handbags this holiday, wrapped up in a Beverly Hills brawl and New York City burglary.

If you thought Camille brings drama to Real Housewives, this holiday brought it for Vanderpump on both coasts.

On December 24, Lisa Vanderpump, husband Ken Todd, and KNBC-TV reporter Robert Kovack were at the exclusive Polo Longue in Beverly Hills. (The Polo Lounge is referenced in this month’s RHBH episode after the ladies leave Camille’s dinner date from hell.) During their evening at the Polo Lounge, a man got into Lisa’s face and said she wore too much makeup. After Robert told the man to leave, the person allegedly shoved Ken to the ground and then attacked and injured Kovach.

But the drama didn’t end there.

Over the weekend, Lisa took to Twitter furious about the alleged theft of her handbags recently in New York at the Soho Grand Hotel. “Soho grand not so grand….all my handbags taken from my room and they tell me to give them in to security every time we go out….crazy no?” Lisa later told news that she suffered the theft of four designer bags valued in excess of $8000. They included two Christian Louboutins, one Louis Vuitton and one Channel.  (On the TV show, Lisa is shown receiving a pair of autographed pumps from Christian Louboutins.)  The bags have yet to be recovered.

Allison DuBois has yet to indicate if she had predicted this happening.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Amber Portwood has been charged with a felony following her Gary Shirley incident. Amber Portwood has been cited for a suspended licensed, been the subject of false pregnancy reports, been the subject of alleged disagreements with Shirley and his new girlfriend Ashley.

But Portwood, who is now dating MMA fighter Clinton Yunker, will now have to fight off charges of felony domestic violence, claim reports Monday.

Madison County reportedly charged Portwood with two felonies Monday – one for domestic battery against Shirley and one for neglect of dependent. Portwood has yet to comment about the matter.

These are reportedly not Portwood’s only legal troubles. Before the holidays, Portwood was cited for driving with a suspended license. But despite fighting off the negative publicity, Portwood is still in love with Yunker who fights associated with the group “Damage Incorporated”.

Portwood has recently said “I’m working hard to be the best mom to my daughter. I have no plans to have more kids anytime soon.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – As Crystal Harris (photos below) preps to become Playboy Hugh Hefner’s new wife, the engagement of Harris and Hef comes as the empire has undergone dramatic changes, both in the boardroom and bedroom the last two years. By all accounts, the changes have not only brought happiness to Hef but also expansion to his empire and one of America’s greatest brands.

The changes in the bedroom started in 2008 when Hef’s three girlfriends  Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson slowly moved on. As Holly Madison heated up news in 2008 with Criss Angel, Kendra Wilkinson started dating Hank Baskett and  Bridget Marquardt was out on the town solo.

But by October 2008, Hef issued a news statement denying the split. “It’s all rumors without question. We have just completed our fifth season, and we’re all still together and have just signed on to a sixth season, which we start filming in the new year. There may be some transitions to the relationships though, we’ll see.”

Only one month later, three women were suddenly named in Hef’s life:  Karissa and Kristina Shannon, and Crystal Harris.

Changes in the boardroom came two months later. Christie Hefner in December 2008 quit as head of Playboy after nearly 20 years. In a sudden announcement, Hefner announced her resignation as chairman and chief executive officer of Playboy Enterprises Inc. In a news statement, Christie Hefner said “just as this country is embracing change in the form of new leadership, I have decided that now is the time to make changes in my own life as well”.

Under her, Playboy’s stock (NYSE: PLA) had fallen from $15 a share in 2006 to as low as $1.12 two months before her departure. Today it’s rebounded somewhat, trading now around the $5 range. As Jerome Kern said in fall 2008 “Under her leadership, the licensing group grew from insignificance to become the company’s most profitable business…. The company today has more consumers and fans than at any time in our history.”

But for Hugh Hefner, nothing was traditional. In 2009, Kimberley Conrad Hefner’s sons, Marston and Cooper Hefner, were profiled in the magazine. When asked if they would ever have multiple girlfriends at the same time, they responded differently. Marston said “I’m not going to have multiple girlfriends — not at the same time. I can’t imagine that.” Cooper however said  “I can imagine doing that. I don’t think it’s an odd thing to do. You date around to try to find a connection with some girl.”

By March 2010, Hef said he was committed to only Harris. He confirmed Harris was the only love in his life. And despite the photographs of Hef with countless women, he confirmed he’s always been a one-woman man. “I was married for eight years and was faithful to that marriage throughout the entire eight years. I think if you make a commitment, you keep the commitment.” He confirmed he was now faithful to Harris as well.

Harris had previously written that love is about taking chances, stating on MySpace “I believe in opening your heart and letting your walls down, it is better to have loved and lost, than to never have loved at all”.

No wedding date has been set.
