LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Raz-B is now sending Chris Brown death threats. Raz-B (B2K) and Chris Brown’s feud started on Twitter, headed to twitter, added Chris Stokes references, and now has become violent. Raz-B, who since 2007 has bringing publicity to himself for bizarre video tirades, is back at it again, threatening to kill Chris Brown.

Raz-B, who has a long history of releasing online video threats and then apologies, is now threatening to put his “pistol” in Chris Brown’s mouth. “If I see you in L.A. my dude, I’m gonna put my … pistol in your mouth.”

Raz-B has claimed assault, kidnapping, and leaking of videos online since 2007. Today, his newest target is Chris Brown.

The twitter feud started Wednesday afternoon and apparently hasn’t ended. It started when Raz-B, formerly of B2K, made references to Chris Brown’s 2009 assault against Rihanna. The comment suggested that Brown still disrespects women. Brown fumed back at Raz-B and brought up references to Raz-B’s infamous 2007 allegations against then manager Chris Stokes. Those allegations were denounced at the time by Stokes and later apologized by Raz-B.

Now Raz-B tells Brown that he “aint welcome in LA”.

Raz-B’s brother Ricky Romance has joined into the feud as well threatening to “drag” Breezy “down the street”. Stokes in 2007 said he had to financially support Demario “Raz B” Thorton and Ricardo Thorton.

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – A rare earthquake struck Indiana today. The Indiana earthquake struck shortly before 8 am local time was reported by local news as a 4.2 magnitude; USGS is since reporting the earthquake registered a 3.8.

Thursday has been an active day for earthquakes across the U.S. with a 3.6 in Oregon this morning, a 3.0 in Hawaii and two significant quakes in Alaska. But residents in Indiana were surprised to learn the news that an earthquake struck their region around breakfast.

The quake had a nominal depth of only three miles below the earth’s surface. Tracking data released to news indicates the Indiana quake was registered fifteen miles east of Kokomo, fifteen miles west of Marrion, twenty-five miles south of Wabash and fifty miles north of Indianapolis.

Unlike other earthquakes today, the Indiana quake was locating in a relatively dense area, west of highway 69 and east of 65. The quake was south west of Fort Wayne.

No injuries have been reported. The exact epicenter appears to be off Country Road East 400 South, near the intersection of Country Road South 1100 East.

NEW YORK (LALATE) – Lily Shang  fears her tape will get leaked online during her divorce. Lily Shang’s tape concerns against ex husband David Glenn Rucker (pictured above) are now heading to a New York City divorce court in perhaps the most unusual divorce case to headline news this year.

Lily Shang is a beautiful and accomplished 24 year old who in April of 2009 married David Glenn Rucker in a Toronto civil ceremony. She says the couple twice during their marriage made racy tapes.

After marrying in Toronto, the couple moved to New York City. Now 18 months later, the couple are divorcing, the case being handled by a New York City Court. During the divorce case, Shang claims Rucker took an unusual move and threatened to release the tapes online, editing himself out, if she refused to accept his alleged low settlement offer.

Rucker, 26, reportedly is a managing partner and head trader at asset management firm Golden Archer Investments in Manhattan. He claims he never made that accusation.

Now Shang has filed papers in Manhattan Supreme Court to ensure such a tape is never released. She says the couple twice filmed  “certain video of intimate moments of a … private nature.”

She claims she co-owns the copyrights to the tapes and he has refused to produce them or destroy them. Her pleading to the court claims Rucker  has “‘threatened to release video of the plaintiff, especially onto the internet, if she does not agree to a low financial settlement in divorce proceedings.” She asserts she is the “co-owner of the copyrights of the videos as a joint author under federal and state copyright laws’.

“Would anyone admit to blackmail if you asked them on the record?” Shang has told news “David always says what’s in his best interest.”

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Moshe Katsav, former President of Israel, has been found guilty and could be heading to prison. Moshe Katsav was found guilty of three crimes by a court in Tel Aviv. The first crime was against a former employee while he was minister of tourism in the 1990s. The second and third was harassment of two employees while he was president.

Moshe Katsav had been offered a plea agreement in 2008. News at the time thought he was going to accept the plea. Until the terms of the agreement, he would compensate two women, receive a one year sentence but would not serve time. But Moshe Katsav declined the offer.

Upon the reading of today’s 25 page verdict, Moshe Katsav had no comment. The verdict was rendered by a three judge panel. The court ruled that he had assaulted one woman while minister, twice, and then harassing two other women during his term as president between 2000 and 2007. Additionally, he was found guilty of obstruction of justice.

Legal analysts believe the sentencing guidelines could send Moshe Katsav to prison from 4 to 16 years.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A fake “video” claims Suge Knight killed Tupac Shakur and that Suge Knight has been arrested tonight December 29, 2010. Unless you watch carefully, you may miss that the “video” is a fake.

Twitter tonight is heating up with a video that is going to fume Fox 11 News Los Angeles and KTLA News Los Angeles station managers. Why? Some person has taken old TV news footage of two different reports, from two different news channels, and put them together into one video. The purpose is to make it appear as though Knight has been arrested in the killing of Tupac Shakur.

How did this all start?

A video circulating on YouTube (see below) begins with footage from an Fox 11 News Los Angeles evening news broadcast. The TV anchor is well known to LA residents as evening news anchor. In the video, an interview is conducted about an “October” documentary regarding the death of Tupac Shakur.

Then, suddenly the video cuts to KTLA’s Morning News. If you look, you can even see the time stamp on the broadcast as shortly after 8 am PST. That KTLA news clip shows Knight being arrested. But the viewer is not told that the arrest is for a different matter unrelated to Shakur.

The video is a fake. Knight has not been arrested for the murder of Tupac.

The greater question is whether this video will start a new trend for fake celebrity reports – the manipulation of old broadcast video footage, and then viral posting of the video on social networking sites.
