Start time for the Pacquiao vs. Marquez Part III boxing fight tonight is just a few hours away; and yet, Manny Pacquiao is telling news it won’t tell him very long be done with Marquez. Original Pacquiao v. Margarito 2010 Story Below:
While that’s the start time for the entire fight, by the time you are done with the undercards, expect the main event of Pacquiao Margarito to start roughly 2 hours later. LALATE will have live scoring of the match.
Pacquiao’s camp tells news that the boxer’s training camp didn’t go as well as planned. Freddie Roach told news this week that in “the Philippines we had a pretty good training camp. It wasn’t our best. We did miss one day for the president but that is unusual. Comparative-wise we have never had a bad training camp.”
But despite that, PacMan is in top shape, says Roach. “He is in great shape and since we have been here in the States at the Wild Card he has been running the mountains to the Hollywood sign and so-forth. Everything is on track now and we are 100% ready for the fight.”
Early practice rounds her in the U.S. have gone well alsof for Pacquiao. “Manny told me he will not disappoint me and I know that’s true I expect great things. He sparred nine rounds yesterday with three different opponents and did very well and we are starting to taper back now, cutting back each day and saving it for the fight at this moment.”
Start time: 9 PM EST / 6 PM PST

41,000 is a very big crowd, but this might say something, particularly about Antonio Margarito and the matchup in general. We got a good fight last night, but maybe this replacement for Floyd Mayweather Jr. just wasn’t up to snuff for most fans, and maybe Margarito doesn’t have the mass backing that they thought he still had from the Mexican audience.
