LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Capri Anderson (photos below) aka Christina Walsh was with Charlie Sheen on Monday. Capri Anderson whose film and videos heat up online reportedly told news that Sheen heated up so much at the Plaza Hotel on Monday that she was scared.

Capri Anderson, 22, reportedly told investigators that she was “extremely afraid” during the Charlie Sheen meltdown. Sheen would eventually trash his Plaza Hotel Room. Capri Anderson reportedly had just met Sheen on Monday and headed to dinner with the sitcom star. But Capri and Charlie weren’t alone for dinner, reports TMZ.

Sheen’s ex wife, Denise Richards, was also reportedly in attendance at the dinner for a short time, but left. By Tuesday morning, Anderson was reportedly in fear of Sheen.

Capri Anderson reportedly was so afraid during the incident that she went to a hotel bathroom and locked herself inside. Sheen according to reports had allegedly began smashing furniture at that point.

Sheen has since agreed to pay the Hotel for the damage. He is expected to be back on set soon.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Miley’s parents are seeking a divorce. Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus (Leticia Finley) are getting divorced after 17 years. This is Billy Ray’s second divorce; his previous marriage to Cindy Smith ended in 1991 one year before he married Tish.

Besides Miley, Billy Ray and Tish have two other minor children: Braison, 16, Noah, 10. Trace and Brandi, Tish’s  kids from a previous marriage, were adopted by Billy Ray when they were infants; both are of legal age now. Trace and Billy Ray are teamed up for the SyFy reality show called “UFO: Unbelievably Freakin’ Obvious.”

The divorce was filed in Tennessee. While court documents cite irreconcilable differences, a source tells E! News that the split “was a long time coming”. Earlier this summer, Miley’s mom told news she intended to change her name Leticia Finley Cyrus to simply Tish Cyrus.

In recent days, Miley has fought back reports that she and Liam Hemsworth are married. Cyrus turns 18 on November 23. Miley and her siblings gave no news statement with today’s divorce revelation.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Jane Fonda in her Oprah interview today revealed a shocking confession about mother Frances Seymour Brokaw. Jane Fonda’s mother committed suicide on her 42nd birthday. But as Fonda told Oprah today, she always suspected an unknown reason why her mother lived so tormented. Fonda tells Oprah she hunted for answers, and found them.

Frances Seymour Brokaw was in the Craig House Sanitarium for Insane in Beacon, New York when she took her life at age 42. Years later, Jane Fonda searched through Seymour’s medical records to learn more about her mother. Fonda tells Oprah that she always knew her mother’s suicide had nothing to do with then young Fonda. So what was the reason? Today Fonda made the shocking revelation to Oprah what those records stated about her mother.

“It changed my life… I knew it (her mother’s suicide) had nothing to do with me… We have this idea that it’s all our fault and my mother killed herself when I was 12. Suddenly I realised these were her issues, bless her heart.”

The answer was that Fonda’s mother had been tormented by years of abuse.

“My mother was dead; I found out from her medical records that she had been … abused and the minute I heard that, it was like, ‘Ah, that explains so much – the promiscuity, the plastic surgery, the hating her body, all of that.’ I wanted to hug my mother and forgive her. “

Fonda told Oprah that abuse is still rarely talked about. “It affects everything about your life… because the shadow of guilt is sprinkled over the next generation, so, to understand yourself, you have to really bring it out and oftentimes that can be very healing for your mother or father to talk about it.”

Fonda, separately, also promoted her new workout tape, Prime Time. Fonda calls her latest workout tape her “third act.” It features “Walkout” and “Fit & Strong”.

WASHINGTON (LALATE) – Farooque Ahmed’s neighbors were surprised by his arrest today. Farooque Ahmed was arrested Wednesday following an alleged attempt to plant bombs on rush hour trains near the Pentagon in Virginia.

Ahmed’s efforts were allegedly on behalf of al-Qaida. Ahmed is charged with attempting to “to kill as many military personnel as possible” through a coordinated bomb attack. Ahmed is said to have plotted the attack for months, surveying Metro subway platforms for a half a year. Ahmed is charged with attempting to staff his operations with others, alleged to be members of al-Qaeda.

Farooque Ahmed’s alleged attack would have occurred between 4 and 5 pm during a weekday rush hour, claims today’s released federal indictment. Farooque Ahmed appeared in Court today after an early morning arrest. He faces 50 years in prison if found guilty.  Ahmed’s plan was to use “rolling suitcases” that would contain the bomb devices.

Farooque Ahmed is a 34 year old naturalized U.S. citizen who lives in Ashburn, Virginia. When local news caught up with his neighbors today, they were surprised by the news. The attacks were to placed at stations at Arlington National Cemetery, Pentagon City, Crystal City and Court House claimed the federal indictment. Staffing was begun with hotel meetings in April in Northern Virginia, claim prosecutors.

His LikedIn profile is still online. It claims he is a graduate of City University of New York and worked for Ericsson.

In a news statement today, prosecutors said the following of Ahmed. “Today’s case underscores the need for continued vigilance against terrorist threats and demonstrates how the government can neutralize such threats before they come to fruition. Farooque Ahmed is accused of plotting with individuals he believed were terrorists to bomb our transit system, but a coordinated law enforcement and intelligence effort was able to thwart his plans.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A Honus Wagner baseball card left to nuns is heading to auction; now the Honus Wagner card is set to be a charitable blessing for the School Sisters of Notre Dame, courtesy of Heritage Auction gallery.

Who is Honus Wagner? That was the first reaction that Sister Virginia Mueller had when she found out that her Sisters had inherited a Wagner baseball card. A brother of a nun who died in 1999 left recently all his belonging to the Sisters. Among them were the contents of his safe deposit box. When the Sisters opened the box, they found peculiar car with the note written “Although damaged, the value of this baseball card should increase exponentially throughout the 21st century!”

Of course, that’s the understatement of the year for these nuns. A comparable card in mint condition went for $2.8 million two years ago, the highest ever for a baseball card at auction.

This card is damaged. “Condition is admittedly imperfect, though this is the case for all but a few of the tiny supply of surviving examples. The borders were trimmed and the card coated in shellac ages ago. Creases snake across the body of the card and a tack hole hovers over Wagner’s head.” Heritage Auction Galleries of Dallas is handling it. Online bidding shows it’s currently around $65,000.

The  auction adds that “The most popular story to explain this refusal is that Wagner wished to play no role in the promotion of the use of tobacco, though it has been justly stated that he was himself a user, and had appeared in advertisements for many tobacco products previously. Another theory notes Wagner’s reputation as a fierce negotiator, arguing that it was nothing more than a case of a failure to agree upon a dollar figure that led the American Tobacco Company to end production of Wagner’s card almost as soon as it started.”

Sister Mueller told news “I can’t remember a time when we have received anything like this.”
