LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Scandal or not, Meg Whitman’s former maid, a Latina, will make damaging allegations to news today at a press conference. The maid is said to be Meg Whitman’s former housekeeper and represented by Gloria Allred. In typical Allred fashion, a news release was issue in advance of the press conference, that as expected, is at 11 am PST.

Whitman has been seeking critical latin votes for the upcoming Governor’s race. In June, the Republican candidate had said of immigration “Illegal immigrants are just that, illegal.” Whitman made clear however during the World Cup Game her position on immigration. Whitman ran a 30 minute ad spot stating she was opposed to Arizona’s law about illegals and Prop 187.

Another ad spots featured Latinas telling the camera “She respects our community.” Her rep has previously told the Sacramento Bee “On the issue of Proposition 187 where Latinos have a problem with Pete Wilson, she has indicated she opposes Proposition 187. We’re going to continue to remind the voters of that.”

The housekeeper today might disagree with Whitman. She is set “to tell how she suffered as a long-time, Latina household employee in Meg Whitman’s home.”

Brown’s rep has said of Whitman “I think her sudden interest in Hispanic voters is another example that she’s always willing to say one thing and do another.”

Whitman has won the Endorsement of the California Farm Bureau Federation, the state’s largest farm organization. “I am grateful for the support of the California Farm Bureau, the voice of agriculture in California. We all want a strong future for California and the state’s $36 billion agriculture industry is key to our economic success” says Whitman.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Seth Walsh joins Asher Brown and Billy Lucas as the third teen to commit suicide this month because of high school bullying. Seth Walsh was a 13 year from Tehachapi, California that killed himself after enduring relentless bullying in school. And like Asher Brown (picture above), Seth’s calls for help were not heard.

Walsh was a student at Jacobsen Middle School. Reports in the Advocate.com claim, again, that the school allegedly knew that Walsh was be bullying and did nothing to do about it, while boasting they had an anti-bullying program.

Walsh had enough and decided this month to hang himself from a tree. Last night, after nine days on life support, Walsh passed. Billy Lucas, 15, Asher Brown, 13, and among the others that have taken their lives because of being “bullied to death”. Yet, statistics remain lacking as to how many cases of bullying are in today’s schools.

Just last night, LALATE reported on the death of Brown. His family couldn’t afford him tennis shoes in perfect condition; his clothes weren’t designer labels; and Brown found self fault with the fact that he was short. He was kicked, tripped, taunted, and laughed at by the bullies. They teased him about his clothes, about his shoes, about his height, and about being gay. His parents claim they contacted his school constantly, even sending them an email to watch out for more bullying.

The school upon Asher Brown’s death said they had never heard from his parents about bullying concerns, never knew about the bullying in the school halls. Perhaps the school officials didn’t open their eyes. When local news KRIV-TV Channel 26 asked students and parents if they knew about Brown being bullying, they said absolutely.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Irma Nezirovic (photos below) faces David Beckham’s assault now in a Los Angeles Superior Court. But Irma Nezirovic, aka Irma Nici, is firing back. Irma is said to have been so popular in recent years that she allegedly attracted even the affections of an Arab royal member. The royal is said to have allegedly lavished Irma with gifts including even a Mercedes.

Irma Nezirovic reportedly fled her native Bosnia as a child with her mother Nadija. By age nine, Irma, her brother and mother reportedly went into an internment camp. Nine months later, Irma is said to have been given asylum in Holland; one year later she was reportedly given Holland residency. Later Irma reportedly move to London where she apparently lived in Bayswater, Central London.

Earlier this month, Irma Nezirovic who now goes by the name of Irmn Nici sold her story to In Touch Magazine. Beckham would deny the allegations in a statement to US Magazine thereafter. This week, Beckham filed suit against Nici and In Touch Magazine.

Upon news of the suit, In Touch issued the following statement to press: “In Touch published its article in complete faith in the accuracy of the story and its reporting. Notwithstanding Mr. Beckham’s denial, the magazine did not doubt and had no reason to doubt their multiple sources. In Touch is confident that Mr. Beckham’s lawsuit will be dismissed”.

Nici’s rep issued the following statement: “Any lawsuit against her is a publicity stunt and without merit. We are highly confident that Irma can provide enough detail and other forms of proof to persuade a jury that her tryst with David Beckham  did indeed take place. Mr. Beckham had better be prepared to drop his pants in court if he wants to pursue this matter as he has distinguishing characteristics, which will prove without a doubt that Irma is telling the truth… Mr. Beckham’s baseless lawsuit is understandable- after all he has to tell Posh something.”

Beckham has previously denied In Touch and Nici’s allegations calling them “completely untrue and totally ridiculous, as the magazine was clearly told before publication. Sadly we live in a world where a magazine can print lies and believe they can get away with it.”

LONDON (LALATE) – Jennifer Thompson (photos below) claimed to be Wayne Rooney’s alleged mistress. But now Jennifer Thompson aka “Juicy Jen” is allegedly claiming to have had affairs with 13 members of the Premier soccer league, two of which were married.

Jennifer Thompson’s reported allegations don’t end there. She allegedly claims her affairs extended to tv and music stars. The allegations comes as a complete shock to Jennifer Thompson’s parents, one an engineer and another a secretary, who thought their daughter was just a bartender.

Wayne and Coleen Rooney have previously released a statement without reference to Thompson. The couple said “It is impossible for us, as it would be for any family, to attempt to resolve any issues in the current media glare and against the backdrop of so many inaccurate and intrusive stories. We would therefore ask that the media now respects our privacy and the right of our family to discuss these matters in private.”

A source told the London Daily Mirror that Wayne allegedly told Coleen to “get over it” when discussing allegations that he had an affair behind Coleen during her pregnancy. “Wayne initially told Coleen to get over it but as the headlines have piled up he realizes the hurt he has caused not only her but the whole family. He wants to do the right thing.”

The Mirror had claimed Rooney, 24, booked the working woman, 21, from an online agency in Manchester that gives high paying clients “ultimate discretion”, that is until they tell their story to the news.

A “pal” allegedly recommended Jennifer Thompson to Rooney who had be caught in a cheating scandal with two women in 2004. The paper reports Rooney allegedly telling a pal : “My life is in ruins…I’ve been so stupid. Coleen won’t forgive me this time. She will leave me.”

SAN DIEGO (LALATE) – Linebacker Larry English’s foot injury was updated late Tuesday night as requiring surgery; English will be out four to six weeks, said Chargers officials to NFL news.  But the bad news about English’s condition is met also with uncertainty about Shawne Merriman’s own condition for Sunday.

Larry English couldn’t take to the field for Sunday’s Seattle game because of the injury. News reports put the injury as bothering the linebacker since training camp. The absence of English will be a problem for the Chargers even with the returning Shawne Merriman.

The issue is Merriman’s own health with an Achilles’ tendon injury this season and an exit Sunday with an unconfirmed calf sprain injury. If Merriman is out, Antwan Applewhite will have to provide the start on the outside Sunday when San Diego hosts the Cardinals.

In other Chargers news, first string right guard Louis Vasquez will be out only two games. Vasquez won’t need knee surgery reports NFL News. Also, a healthy Ryan Matthews will return as the promising rookie running back this weekend.
