LAS VEGAS (LALATE) – Josie Harris (photos below) claims Floyd Mayweather threatened to kill her after he stole items from her home. Josie Harris’ allegations against Mayweather date back to 2003. As the mother of the couple’s children, Harris and Mayweather have been the seeds of numerous assault claims and denials.
In December 2003, Floyd Mayweather was arrested after Josie Harris called police. He faced felony battery charges. She instead giggled during the criminal trial, claims the Las Vegas Review Journal. When she took the stand, she said “he would never put his hands on me.” He admitted to being on Ecstacy during the alleged incident.

“I was basically trying to fight him. I was pulling on him and punching on him, and telling him that he was wrong and shouldn’t have left me like that with those three babies,” she told the Court. “I just kicked the windshield like it was the other girl’s face. That’s when he pulled me by my hands out of the car.”
By September 9, Mayweather made news himself for a racist rant calling Manny Pacquiao a midget, adding he will leave his foe to “make me a sushi roll.” He later claims that Pacquiao is stupid, saying he got paid $1 million to wear Reebok for three days and Pacquiao had to wear Nike much longer for “seven g’s.”
At roughly the same time as that rant, Harris claims Mayweather started allegedly acting weird. “A week and a half ago Floyd showed up to my house unannounced making threats about doing bodily harm to me and so I called the police. He left by the time they arrived. They told me to call the police again if he shows up unannounced and not welcomed doing things to make me feel uncomfortable.”
By Thursday morning this week, Mayweather was at Harris home at 2 am. Harris called police and they allegedly told him to leave. Three hours later Harris claims he was back. “Not too longer after the police left, [Mayweather] knocked on my son’s bedroom/ bathroom door to be let in and my son did. At this time I did not know he was in the house standing over as I slept on the couch.”
“He awoke me by pulling me by my hair and throwing me on the ground in my living room and began punching me in my head digging me on the floor and thrusting my arm back in an attempt to try and break it.”
Harris said her kids witnessed the alleged event. “My kids heard me screaming and yelling for help as I screamed to tell them to call 911 or run out the house to the security gate to get help. He yelled fiercely at the children as he continued to beat me in front of them that if they ran or tried to call the police he would beat them the same same way. I kept yelling and crying to please run run run out and get help.”
Mayweather has been arrested for felony grand larceny (of an iphone). His attorney told police . “He did not commit any grand larceny.” He is currently out on $3,000 bail.
