TOWACO, NJ (LALATE) – Teresa Giudice is hiding money from her bankruptcy court, says Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis. Teresa Giudice says her house is not in foreclosure. But now Giudice has shocking new money troubles, troubles that make questions about her nephew and Melissa Gorga seem trivial.

Andy Cohen asks Teresa in the Real Housewives of NJ Reunion Part 1 if her house is in foreclosure. But now the Department of Justice Trustee handling the Giudice case, Roberta A. DeAngelis, wants bigger questions answered. DeAngelis in a new court filing from September 2, revealed Sunday, claims that Teresa and Joe Giudice gave false information under penalty of perjury in disclosing assets.

DeAngelis claims that Teresa and Joe together failed to disclose cars, real property, bank accounts, book deals, and other business interests. In the court document, DeAngelis writes: “The original Schedule B, which the Defendants [Teresa and Joe Giudice] attested under penalty of perjury as true and correct, failed to disclose Defendant’s husband’s bank account, two pieces of real property, the Defendants’ vehicles, the Defendant wife’s pending book deal and certain business interess including TG Fabulicious LLC and 1601 Maple Avenue Associates LLC.”

Teresa has been very public about her spending of book advances on “Skinny Italian”. Now Roberta DeAngelis claims she has the skinny on “Skinny Italian”. DeAngelis claims the deal should have been disclosed.

“86 The contract between Defendant wife and Hyperion indicates that, during the year preceding the filing of the petition, the Defendant wife was in negotiation of a book publishing deal for which was to receive a $250,000 initial advance and a $30,000 additional advance, and royalities based on sales of her cookbook “Skinny Italian”. “

DeAngelis doesn’t care if Teresa acknowledged her nephew. She does want to know why she didn’t mention over $280,000 worth of payments, before royalties.

And DeAngelis has questions for Joe as well: “78. Even after multiple amendments to their Schedules and Statement of Financial Affairs, the Defendants still have not filed any amendments disclosing the existence of book “Skinny Italian, the Defendant wife’s publishing deal with Hyperion, the Defendant wife’s interest in TG Fabulicious LLC, and the Defendant husband’s interest in 1601 Maple Avenue Associates LLC.”
