LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Heidi Montag wears nose tape because she is worried that her nose will fall off. Heidi Montag tells news today that she lives in fear that he nose will fall off her face or even move, day to day.

“I don’t want my face to fall off like Michael Jackson’s.”

Montag says she has to wear the tape 24 hours a day. She claims that only this week did nosy news find out about her nose tape. “The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it. Dr. Ryan always said I was his best, most cautious patient, and I’m not taking any chances now that he’s gone” she tells Life and Style.

Montag tells the magazine that she has not had more rhinoplasty. 2009 was the second time Montag had her nose fixed in two years. She claims that if she doesn’t wear tape her nose will move. “The last time I didn’t wear tape after surgery and my nose changed shape”.

Montag has been in Costa Rica with Spencer Pratt heating up news about reports of a tape deal. But in May,  Montag claimed an end professionally for Speidi as a business team. “We are no longer Speidi but Spencer and Heidi”. “The time for change is now. Never mix business and pleasure. We are no longer Speidi but Spencer and Heidi.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Colts injuries for Joseph Addai and Gary Brackett are reportedly not cause for alarm. Joseph Addai suffered a head injury, a concussion, in the third quarter last night. Addai suffered the injury during a tackle of Robert Francois. Francois had motioned for a Peyton Manning fumble prior to the the tackle. After the concussion, Addai told local news he was fine.

“I was just trying to pad my (tackle) stats. I’m all right.”

Brackett exited the game with a right had injury. The starting middle linebacker got banged up in the first quart er of last night’s game. Rookie Pat Angerer is expected to fill in his absence. Brackett right hand got smashed by linebacker Philip Wheeler’s helmet claims the Indianapolis Star. Brackett’s current condition is unknown, but not believed to be significant. He is currently in the first year of a five-year, $33 million deal.

Colts insiders also report the injury to left tackle Tony Ugoh is not serious. Tony Ugoh left last night’s game with a toe injury, having taken to the field to replace injured Charlie Johnson.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The two Moon or double moon August 27 2010 reports spreading online, if true, would mean the Earth would be in peril tonight with massive tsunamis arriving this evening that could destroy persons and ecosystems by morning. Hence, scientists and environmentalist are telling news today that these double moon or two moon reports online for August 2010 are hideously false and much more than just a childish hoax.

Why the cause for news concern? Planets just don’t fall out of orbit suddenly overnight, as one insider explains, and if they did we should immediately vacate all beach communities this afternoon; people should understand that, if the contents of the fake reports today were true, it would be cause for environmental news alerts not celebration and star gazing. Granted, star gazing is big business, and the mere suggestion that planets are closer for us to see is big news that grabs onto our hopes. But it also negates logic and defeats basic understandings of the environment that organizations like NASA through news events try to alert us to.

Yet, with every wrong news report seems to be something positive to report. Tonight will be a great cluster of Venus, Mars and Saturn tonight in the western sky after midnight. “Under good conditions, several dozen bright Perseid meteors can be seen streaking across the sky ” reports Jimmy Westlake.

So why does the two Moons email spread faster than a fake Lil Wayne car crash report? Insiders, from Terra News to others, report to today’s news today that it’s the same reaction Americans had to a planetary report eighty years ago. Scientists tell news that what is being exemplified today is the same as we saw in 1938, via radio not the internet, when Orson Wells warned of martian invasion. As Jimmy Westlake writes, “This summer’s Internet joke is no more real than Mr. Wells’ fictional Martian invasion.”

EAST HANOVER (LALATE) – Remy Gonzalez (Cake Boss) was arrested after he allegedly admitted to the assault, claims shocking new allegations. The Remy Gonzalez arrest tonight has new details one day after local news confirmed that the husband of Cake Boss Buddy Valastro Jr.’s wife, Lisa, has been in jail since August 17.

Police tonight are not indicating the gender of the alleged victim. They are confirming the alleged victim was 14 years old when the alleged events occurred. Police claim the alleged conduct happened twice, between  September 2009 and March 9, 2010.

As broke early today on LALATE, Gonazlez is a resident of East Hanover and was arrested in a combined effort of the police departments from two cities aided with a crimes unit. Arrested on August 17, Gonzalez has remained in Morris County jail ever since, unable to make the $300,000 bail.

NJ.com is reporting that the arrest affidavit in Superior Court in Morristown claims Gozalez assaulted the teen in East Hanover and Florham Park. Hence, Gonzalez was charged by both towns.

The case made a dramatic turn on August 17 when two witnesses, unnamed in the affidavit, met with the Morris County DA’s office. According to the affidavit, the two witnesses told the office that they confronted Gonzalez on August 13 and told him they were informed he had assaulted the 14-year old.

The affidavit claims the witnesses told the Cake Boss star they were going to take the 14 year old to a doctor who would be required to report the matter to police.  The affidavit claims at that point Gonzalez “began to cry and admitted (to the witness) that he had engaged in acts”.

The affidavit reportedly claims the victim recalls one alleged assault in each town. The affidavit cites a telephone recording to Gonzalez on August 17 in which the witness says they “could not believe this was going on. You broke our hearts”. The affidavit claims Gonzalez replied, “I know, I know I did.” The document also claims the recording includes Gonzalez admitting on August 13 that he touched the teen’s intimate areas. Gonzalez reportedly gave no comment to police upon his arrest.

Lisa Valastro, Gonzalez’s wife, has remained silent. Her brother, Buddy, issued the following statement today. “At the request of Morris County prosecutor Robert Bianchi we are refraining from commenting on this matter at this time, as this is an on going criminal prosecution. The family has and remains fully cooperative and supportive of the Prosecutors Office’s investigation and prosecution of this case.”

As reported previously on LALATE, local news claims the reality show was under production for its third season at the time of the Gonzalez’s arrest.
