Deena Nicole Cortese is now only the second cast member to join the reality show who is actually from New Jersey.

Sammi Sweetheart Giancola and Cortese are the only guidettes from New Jersey. But on Friday, Deena Nicole Cortese met with industry news at Television Critics Association summer press event in Beverly Hills. Cortese is from New Eqypt in Ocean County.

She said of Snooki’s recent arrest: “Obviously, it wasn’t a good time. But I didn’t hurt anybody, I just went out to have a good time on the beach. Stuff like that happens in Jersey. I was in the drunk tank for a while. I had a few too many tequilas. What are you going to do?”

Could she find love with The Situation or Pauly D? Apparently. “Whatever happens, happens. I think they’re all good looking.” Pauly D’s reaction was simple “She fit right in. We’re having fun with her.”
