Chelsea Clinton Wedding Photos – Chelsea Clinton Mezvinsky Wedding Details

RHINEBECK, NY (LALATE) – More details about Chelsea Clinton’s wedding to Marc Mezvinsky (photos below) have been released. But one Chelsea Clinton post wedding item still not known is the honeymoon, believed to be in Europe.
The dance between Chelsea and father was to Frank Sinatra’s classic The Way You Look Tonight . The former President was said to have drawn tears during the dance.
The food offered lots of vegan surprises. The cake was a “vegan” gluten-free celebration from La Tulipe. The meal was catered by New York’s St. Regis Hotel in New York. The night boasted short ribs, Atlantic char, and a vegan option.
Ceremonies were conducted by the Rev. William Shillady and Rabbi James Ponet.

For the toasts, President Clinton said, that since Chelsea began speaking, he had “been outnumbered” in his house but with a son-in-law “the playing field is even. I have someone else on my side.”
The DJ part of the night featured ’80s tunes and current Top-40 fare. On the dancefloor was Hillary-aide Huma Abedin with hubby Anthony Weiner. The evening of celebrations went to 4:30 am. Few celebrities were there. Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen, longtime family friends, were few of the Hollywood elite in attendance. But among the 400 guests was Terry McAuliffe, Madeleine Albright, Vernon Jordan, and Steve Bing.
Chelsea wore Vera Wang, Hillary wore Oscar De La Renta, and Marc (and Bill’s tie) were by Christopher Bailey.

The Vera Wang dress sported a fitted bodice with a stunning waistland band, offering a full skirt with platinum-colored beading at the waist. The bejeweled waist-band left everyone speechless.
Marc is the son of former Rep. Ed Mezvinsky, D-Iowa, and former Rep. Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinksy, D-Penn. The couple confirmed their engagement with a mass email after months of speculation. And the music was reported as marvelous, an 18-piece New York ensemble (the orchestra of Jim Valli).
