WAYNE, NJ (LALATE) – Teresa Giudice says her mansion is not in foreclosure. But Teresa Giudice’s mansion contents are scheduled for a bankruptcy public auction scheduled for August 22, says reports.

In this week’s Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa Giudice shouts at Danielle Staub that her house is not in foreclosure. But while Staub may appear to be Teresa Giudice’s biggest adversary on television, in real life it might be Chapter 7 trustee John Sywilok who has to distribute the Giudice’s assets to creditors.

While Staub is loosing hair extensions this week, Giudice is set to loose her house contents, says reports. Sywilok says creditors are being concealed assets. He’s now scheduled for August 22 a public auction of the contents of Teresa’s house. The items at stake are “home furnishings, accessories, tools and a boat” says the report.

If Real Housewives didn’t have enough tv footage for a new season, the looming public auction of Teresa Giudice’s personal belongings insider her Towaco, New Jersey mansion could change that. It remains unclear if Danielle would show up at the auction.

Last week, Danielle Staub said she is also seeking to sue Ashley Holmes and Teresa Giudice. Staub’s attorney Paul Giblin told press days ago “I’ve never seen anything like this. [Staub is] going to use this footage and prepare a case against these women. We are seeking assault and battery charges, defamation of character and punitive damages as well.”
