LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – PHOTOS. Actress Kristina Hagan is suing David Boreanaz for harassment. Kristina Hagan (pictures below) has also named FOX as a defendant; she claims the Boreanaz conduct occurred while she was an extra on “Bones”.
LALATE broke earlier today the first revelation of a new suit pending against David . Late today, Kristina’s identity was revealed. Boreanaz’s rep has called the allegations “fabricated and absurd.” Hagan’s appeared before local news today with her attorney Gloria Allred.
Boreanaz has claimed to be repairing his relationship with wife Jaime Bergman after a series of alleged affair reports.
David, FOX, and the production companies behind Bones are being sued. Boreanaz’s rep said late today “The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd. There is no validity to this lawsuit.”
The suit derives from alleged events first on August 21, 2009. The suit states David was allegedly sending “inappropriate text messages” to Kristina while she was an extra on the show; he allegedly told her that he was “the boss” and he could “make things happen for her”; he allegedly “attempted to kiss her and touch her [chest] but she pushed him away” ; and that he allegedly “unzipped his pants” and continued to engaged in inappropriate conduct.
Hagan says it happened again on September 29, when he allegedly grabbed her and again engaged in another inappropriate act.
Allred has previously represented Rachel Uchitel who allegedly was a Boreanaz mistress. Boreanaz this year claimed another alleged mistress sought to extort money from him. That woman’s identity was never revealed.
