Apple WWDC Announcement LIVE!

SAN FRANCISCO (LALATE) – LIVE STREAM. Apple’s WWDC live press conference announcement is Monday. Apple’s WWDC announcement of a new iPhone 4G for Verizon, if true, is expected to be unlike any event the next 48 hours.
Apple’s WWDC announcement, if Apple’s announcement January from Yerba Buena Center was any indication, is expected to be a media event that will rival the NBA Finals and certainly eclipse the MTV Movie Awards.
The difference this time is that the announcement is not just anticipated but reportedly critical for Apple’s position. Insiders contend that Apple to maintain market share with iPhone must confirm what rumors and reports have stated since January, that Verizon will get its first iPhone, a 4G, this summer, perhaps as soon as this month. However, what will be the data plans for Verizon?
AT&T ended unlimited plans last week. Ralph de la Vega, president and CEO, AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets, said of the changes the following:
“AT&T helps mobilize everything on the Internet – your favorite web sites, TV shows, music, games and social networks. Virtually everything previously done while sitting at a computer can now be done on the go. To give more people the opportunity to experience these benefits, we’re breaking free from the traditional ‘one-size-fits-all’ pricing model and making the mobile Internet more affordable to a greater number of people.”
