Rampage says Rashad likes to ride coattails.

“Rashad is that type of guy that needs somebody’s coattails to ride. Rashad and I, we UFC 96 Rampage Jackson vs Keith Jardinefight for two different reasons. He’s probably fighting to be famous – he wants the fame and he likes the attention.

“I fight to pay the bills and take care of my parents and my family and stuff like that, and so I can travel the world and do the things I want to do. That’s the reason why I fight. So it’s not surprising to me that somebody like Rashad would do all this talking and say all this stuff to get a rise out of me because maybe in reality he don’t really mean it – he’s just trying to get famous.

“But at the same time, it’s pissing me off and it’s pushing me harder and harder when I train and that’s actually pretty good. The thing that’s actually shocking is that he’s trying to slip it around and say that I’m the one starting it and I’m the one talking all the trash – that’s the shocking thing.”

Rampage adds:

“When I do it, I just do it for the entertainment value. I don’t do it to attack people personally about their losses and what they do. He (Evans) tries to bring up the Shogun (Rua) fight (which Jackson lost via TKO in 2005), saying that I’m a quitter, and anybody that has really followed my career knows that I have a huge heart and I’m not known for quitting.

“So he’s saying little things here and there and trying to find something to pick at, like talking about my loss to Forrest (Griffin in 2008), and those are real personal things. So I’ve been talking about how he lost to (Lyoto) Machida (in 2009), and he don’t want to hear that because that was one of the most terrible losses in MMA history. That’s like the biggest egg that’s ever been laid that I’ve ever seen.”

Already from UFC 114, Cyrille Diabate defeatd Luiz Arthur Cane by TKO in the first round. Also Aaron Riley defeated Joe Brammer via unanimous decision on the cards. And finally Ryan Jensen defeated. Jesse Forbes via submission (guillotine)

Rashad Evans says the following about training for tonight’s fight:

“My typical day starts at 6am with strength & conditioning. Then team practice is at 10:30, which on any given day may cover any one of the many disciplines in MMA. At 5pm I return to hit mitts with Mike Winklejohn, and then after that I do gameplan technique with Greg Jackson. I follow this routine until Sunday & have off. I have strength class on Monday and Wednesday, but on the other mornings I still do just my conditioning.”

Your Main Card tonight is (in reverse order) Quinton Jackson vs. Rashad Evans, Michael Bisping vs. Dan Miller, Todd Duffee vs. Mike Russow, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Jason Brilz, and Diego Sanchez vs. John Hathaway

This comes as other news that Montag and Bunney hope to appear in their own reality show this summer. Bunney who reportedly is blonde now tells press that “Heidi and I are moving into a Malibu beach house this summer. We’re really excited to do girly things and show people who we really are and that we’re really fun, sweet and loyal girls.”

Montag took to twitter lately to claim she has no real friends, only to thereafter say Bunney is her only friend.

“PS: I am not Heidi Pratt, I am Heidi Montag.”
