Live Oak High School Morgan Hill T-Shirt!
Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill is now covered in a t-shirt scandal. The Live Oak High School Morgan Hill debate started when students showed up at school on Cinco de Mayo wearing Amercian Flag t-shirts.
The school didn’t like it.
Five students were told to take off their American Flag shirt. Why? Some students complained. Officials reportedly told the students they could wear their shirts on any other day except Cinco De Mayo.
Dominic Maciel told press: “They said if we tried to go back to class with our shirts not taken off, they said it was defiance and we would get suspended”.
Morgan Hill Unified School District says the officials who gave the students a t-shirt warning were in error.

So, on St Patrick’s Day and Columbus Day students who wear the American Flag are sent sent home so as not to offend the Irish and the Italians? Did the princile take down the American Flag flying on the school grounds?

I am an American and proud of it! The school was not in error because those students worn those T-shirts to school with the intention of making others students uncomfortable on a day that Cinco de Mayo is celebrated.
