Several new developments in the Jesse James Sandra Bullock situation Monday. While neither is confirming nor speaking out about their current situation, Radar claims that James has left rehab after Bullock refused to take his phone calls.

Over the weekend, photographers snapped pictures of moving trucks outside the Bullock James southland home. Now today reports that not only will Bullock divorce James but also that Sandra will look to a reported prenuptial agreement under which James allegedly won’t be paid any money if it is found he cheated during their marriage.

Over the weekened Radar claimed James had told Bullock he had seven mistresses.

That report claimed Jessee allegedly got one mistress pregnant. The source claims James knew about it, Bullock didn’t know, and the alleged women didn’t have the baby.
