PHOTOS! The Jesse James alleged mistress scandal takes a new turn with news that Sandra Bullock will not divorce James.

While Sandra Bullock divorce reports hit press earlier this week, other press now Thursday say Bullock is putting on hold any divorce moves. This comes as James has checked him into a reported month-long rehab facility out of state.

While Radar reported earlier this week that Bullock will divorce, PopEater is reporting today that she will not, at least not currently. PopEater reports that Bullock is having “second thoughts” about a divorce.

A source tells the site:

“Sandra and Jesse have been speaking a lot, and now that he is finally taking responsibility and taking positive action, Sandra is thinking about giving him a second chance. Jesse is in really bad shape and she’s not the sort of girl to kick a dog when he’s down. At the very least, you can expect Sandra to put the divorce on hold until after he gets treatment.”

Jesse James’ alleged mistress photos heat up as his alleged mistress count shoots up from 1 to 4 in just one week.

The net is taking James’ situation in a whole different light than that of Tiger Woods. Sandra Bullock is a beloved American actress, whereas Elin Woods remained relatively quiet in the years before the 2009 scandal broke. James’ women have not be tv reality starsnor nightclub hosts. Rather they’ve been women who take an interest in tattoos or bikes or … allegedly James.

And yet, the net is still not quite sure how to digest James’ scandal. How did these alleged scandals, if true, go on for years as the women claim without Bullock knowing? And like Michelle, Melissa was hit by James online. Melissa Smith says she got an email from James after he saw her myspace profile.

Both Melissa and Michelle say James referred to himself as the Vanilla Gorilla with Melissa claiming that he even used that as his email address. And whereas she met up to talk about cars, she claims the allegedly instead had relations on his office couch.
