Sandra Bullock will divorced Jesse James says a new report. A Sandra Bullock Jesse James pending divorce would follow Bullock and James already having separated their living arrangements last week says reports.

Multiple reports indicate that Sandra Bullock flew from Austin to Los Angeles last Tuesday on an American Airlines flight at 11 PM PDT. Bullock had reportedly been with family in Austin where she owns properties, reports Radar. The site claims that when Bullock landed in Los Angeles she did not go to stay with Jesse James but to her Hollywood Hills home, a mansion Bullock has owned for nearly a decade. It’s there Bullock is reportedly staying without James. The home was purchased by Bullock in 2001 for $1.485 million.

Rob Shuter of PopEater adds the divorce is pending.

” “It’s over,” a friend of Bullock tells me. “After everything that has happened, it is impossible for them to get back together, even though I’m sure she still loves the man she thought he was.” “

Bullock hasn’t been photographed at her Sunset Beach beachfront home where she normally lived with James, reports Radar.

Is Shawn Michaels retiring in 2010? Shawn Michaels was asked about retiring in 2010 despite his WrestleMania 26 performance Sunday. Michaels’ retirement response?

In the current issue of WWE Magazine, Michaels grants a sit down interview that is ended with the following question: “When will HBK retire?”

Michaels responds: “I have my retirement set already. I have been thinking of my retirement for a long time now.”

But there is further explanation on the subject. WWE explains the following Sunday:

“Of course, garnering The Undertaker’s sole, undivided attention is a double-edged sword. The Phenom finally agreed to face The Showstopper one more time at WrestleMania – with the stipulation that it would be Shawn Michaels’ last time as a WWE Superstar, should he fail to end “The Streak,” a prize that many would equate to a World Championship … or perhaps hold in even higher regard.”

Michaels confirmed the deal he would step aside if he failed to beat the Undertaker:

“I wouldn’t have agreed to this match if I wasn’t at a place where I was ready to take on the inevitable, which is the end of my career.I like to be a man of my word. I’d like to honor what I said to The Undertaker … that if I don’t beat his streak, I will walk away.”

The Moscow Subway explosion’s death toll stands at 37. The Moscow Subway explosion struck Lubyanka and Park Kultury stations.

Here is the latest.

At 8 am local time Monday, the first in a series of subway explosions erupted in Moscow at various stations. Russia’s Emergency Situations Ministry reports as of 10:30 PM PST Sunday that the death toll is at 37 and could rise with 10 others injured.

At 8 am the first explosion struck at Lubyanka station taking the lives of 14 travelers and 11 waiting to board the train at the station.

Then at 8:30 am the second explosion struck the Park Kultury station taking the lives of either of 12 to 15 people, reports various agencies. A Russian ministry rep said moments ago the following:

“The blast hit the second carriage of a metro train that stopped at Lubyanka, at 0756 (0356 GMT). There was no fire. Rescuers of the Moscow emergencies department and firefighters are now working at the site.”

As first reported on LALATE, a Facebook page had been set up fans following the malfunction scandal. The “Respect Anne Curtis” Facebook page reported on LALATE before this weekend had thousands of fan supporters by Friday. By Sunday, it’s been deleted from Facebook. Why? It doesn’t appear clear what happened.

Anne is still taking to Twitter to thank fans for support following her picture scandal. In the last 24 hours, Curtis has twittered:

“[T]hank you for all the hugs guys. It means a lot… ?”

“Good day everyone! Have to start getting ready for the buzz and first shooting day today of In your eyes. ?”

“Finally home and will sleep. Have a fashion show shoot for Natasha tomorrow. Goodnight everyone. Thank you for all the love & support. Means so much to me ? God bless all of you. Night Night.x ?”

But one retweet by Curtis this weekend is a peculiar. Curtis retweets this weekend her excitement that her show is now getting viral attention worldwide. But she fails to mention that the scandal during taping of the show has caused the viral reaction.

“[H]ey just wanna tweet that #ASAP XV….is trending worldwide now!!! wohoooo!”

It’s that malfunction, not the show just by itself, which placed Curtis on the top of viral indicators here in the U.S. several days running last week.
