Fledgling Definition Sarah Palin !

“Fledgling career” is the insult LL Cool J was dealt today. “Fledgling career” is how a rep describes LL Cool J’s career amid the Sarah Palin LL Cool J mess today.
Let’s rewind. It’s not quite clear what incoherent person at FOX chose to put an LL Cool J interview from years ago into the series premiere for Sarah Palin. There is no evidence that it was Palin’s fault.
But come Tuesday, we learn that LL Cool J did not want the clip in the show. By Wednesday, the clip was yanked.
Enter stage left – an unnamed female FOX spokesperson who gives LL Cool J the hideous insult:
“‘Real American Stories’ features uplifting tales about overcoming adversity and we believe Mr. Smith’s interview fit that criteria. However, as it appears that [LL Cool J] does not want to be associated with a program that could serve as an inspiration to others, we are cutting his interview from the special and wish him the best with his fledgling acting career.”
What does fledgling mean? It means … wantabee … having problems taking off. Yes, the comment is from a spokesperson, not from Palin.
Bottom line – LL Cool J has never had anything fledgling in his career. Click HERE for his acting credits. They span nearly a decade.
