In November 2009, details of a custody fight between Jesse Jame’s ex Janine Lindemulder and Sandra Bullock splashed across tabloid mags. Today James is back in the news with allegations from Michelle Bombshell McGee.

James and Janine Lindemulder have a five year old child.

Bullock however fought for custody of Janine Lindemulder’s child in fall 2009 writing the following declaration at the time:

“We realized that due to the instability in [the girl's] life, bringing another child into the world at this time would not be in [the girl's] best interest,” she wrote.

“I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have [the girl], was because I could not have children of my own, that couldn’t be farther from the truth.”

“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition [the girl] will be in.”

“I know the term ’stepmother’ carries many connotations, one of them being ‘glorified babysitter’ . My commitment and responsiblity to [the girl] … goes beyond that.”
