“Corey’s funeral will take place Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Please keep the Haim family in your thoughts and prayers during this time… the services will be closed to the public & it has been requested that Corey’s family be allowed privacy during this time.

“In lieu of sending any flowers for Corey’s funeral, Judy suggested a wonderful idea: Please send some flowers, in memory of Corey, to the cancer ward @ your local hospital. :*)”

Some of the reactions include many wishing to visit the resting place in the future:

“[I] wish I could be there, too. I can only send my thoughts & prayers. However, I would love to know what cemetary he’ll be so that I can visit when I’m there in Toronto. Please let me know whenever you can. Thx.”

“..I would like to know the location of Corey’s final resting place as well, so I can pay my final respects to him. May he never be forgotten.”

Another leaves these simple words:

“My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Corey came into this world on the same day I did and even though I didn’t know him, it really feels weird to still be here knowing he has gone on to the next world. Losing a child is something a mother should never have to live through. As a mother, I feel so very badly for her, and i pray she can find the strength to go on.”
