ProFootballTalk.com reports that Roethlisberger’s rep “wouldn’t comment as to whether Roethlisberger was in fact accused of … assault, just that the allegations were untrue and the events in question did not happen.”

Ben has not been questioned. He also has not been charged with any crime.

In 2009 Ben Roethlisberger’s attorney slammed Andrea McNulty in the press asserting the court would agree with his position to dismiss her action.
