BREAKING NEWS – Watch video of the Luke Air Force Base shooting. A Luke AFB shooting happened as a stolen car was driven by two suspects through the Luke AFB’s gate.

The car crashed inside Luke Air Force Base close to Litchfield Road and Northern. After the crash, a Luke AFB officer opened fire.

One suspect is dead, another hospitalized, his condition unknown. Before the shooting, a base officer reports that the suspects tried to run him down as he approached the vehicle.

Luke Air Force Base Captain Jerry Gonzales says the car was stolen, and the incident was not seeking to target the base. No base individuals have been injured.
