Non-emergency employees are being told to stay home Tuesday. The number of hours they were slotted to work on Tuesday will now be delegated as an excused absence.

Not included are the following:

1. employees on leave without pay
2. leave without pay for military duty
3. workers’ compensation or suspension
4. or another non-pay status.
