Saints Win Super Bowl 2010!! The Saints have won the Super Bowl.The Saint beat the Colts tonight after being down by 10 points early on in the 1st half.

Going into the second half, total yards were 179 vs 169. Total passing yards were 157 vs 97. And total rushing yards were 22 v 72.

The Saints won it 31-17. In the 3rd quarter, the Saints went on a scoring run that never stopped.

Pierre Thomas delivered a 16 yard TD, followed up by Garrett Hartley extra point, bringing the score to 13-10

Joseph Addai then delivered a 4 yard run followed up by Matt Stover extra point bringing the game to 13-17.

Still in the 3rd, Garrett Hartley’s 47 Yard Field Goal brought the game to 16-17

But in the 4th, one play changed it all. The score went to 22-17 when, with 5 minutes left in the game, Jeremy Shockey delivered a 2 Yard TD Pass giving the Saints’ their first lead.

Finally, following a successful 2 point conversion, Tracy Porter delivered a 74 yard TD interception return followed by Garret Hartley’s extra point, bringing the final score to 31-17!
