There could be surprises. In just the last few days, several commitments have been coupled with students decommitting.

Decommitting is typical when a school’s program looses its star coach and students withdraw their acceptance and go elsewhere. That happened just days ago for John Propst of Hoover High in Alabama. On January 31, John announced a commitment to the Volunteers after decommitting from West Virginia.

Other recent swaps have been Dontavis Sapp dropping the Pirates for Tennessee.
