What Channel is the Senior Bowl on? The Senior Bowl’s channel is not what your think.

And based upon the confusion of previous tv broadcasts in 2009 and 2010, this one should be no different. Catch it on ABC ESPN? No. NBC, CBS, or FOX? No.

So where is it? The NFL Network.

Yes, exactly. If you don’t get the paid NFL Network on cable, you won’t be able to watch one of the biggest bowl games in college football.

Says the Senior Bowl:

“For the fourth consecutive year, NFL Network introduces viewers to the NFL’s next generation of talent with exclusive coverage of the 2010 Under Armour Senior Bowl from Mobile, AL. High-definition coverage begins with practices on Monday, January 25 and culminates with the 60th annual Senior Bowl game Saturday, January 30 at 4:00 PM ET.

“Miami Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano and his staff coach the South team, while Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz and his staff lead the North team. Former college stars participating in this year’s Senior Bowl include: former Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow of Florida, Javier Arenas of the national champion Alabama Crimson Tide, Lamarr Houston of Texas, Taylor Mays and Stafon Johnson of Southern California, Jimmy Graham and Darryl Sharpton of Miami, Penn State’s Jared Odrick and Sean Lee, Pat Angerer of Iowa, Rhodes Scholar Myron Rolle of Florida State, Kurt Coleman of Ohio State, Brandon Graham of Michigan and Sam Young of Notre Dame.

“… Coverage of the Senior Bowl game on Saturday begins at 3:00 PM ET with a NFL Total Access Senior Bowl Pregame Show from Los Angeles takes viewers straight up to the 4:00 PM ET kickoff. NFL Network’s on-air talent roster from Mobile includes Paul Burmeister, Mike Mayock, Corey Chavous, Lindsay Soto and Bucky Brooks with Randy Moss, Charles Davis and Michael Lombardi anchoring recap shows in Los Angeles. On gameday, Bob Papa, voice of NFL Network’s Thursday Night Football, has the call in the booth alongside Mayock and Davis with Burmeister and Chavous reporting from the sidelines.

“The annual Senior Bowl is one of the first opportunities NFL head coaches, scouts and general managers have to evaluate upcoming talent. Eleven participants in the 2009 Senior Bowl were drafted in the first round and Clay Matthews (Packers) and Brian Cushing (Texans) earned Pro Bowl honors in their rookie seasons.

“The 2010 Under Armour Senior Bowl is part of NFL Network’s college football and Path to the Draft programming which includes the Insight Bowl, 2010 Scouting Combine and the 2010 NFL Draft. Live pick-by-pick coverage of the draft airs in primetime for the first time beginning on April 22 on NFL Network.”

UPDATE! Here is the latest Senior Bowl 2010 Roster. The Senior Bowl Roster for today’s game is updated for you below.

The roster features the best of the North and South Teams. Says the Senior Bowl:

“The Senior Bowl is the nation’s most unique football game and football’s premier pre-draft event, annually featuring the country’s best senior collegiate football stars and top NFL draft prospects on teams representing the North and South which are coached by the entire coaching staffs from two National Football League teams. Senior Bowl practices are also attended by over 800 general managers, head coaches, assistant coaches, scouts and other front office personnel from the 32 National Football League teams, making Mobile and the Senior Bowl the week-long host to a one-of-a-kind NFL Coaches Convention.”

The players have been in town since Sunday practicing.

“The top senior college football players in the nation have arrived in Mobile, Alabama for the 2010 Under Armour Senior Bowl. The week kicks off in earnest Monday morning with the National Scouting Weigh-In at 10:30am.

“Sunday evening, around 40 players reported to Mobile to check-in and undergo physicals before hitting the practice field Monday afternoon. Among those to arrive Sundaywere Alabama standouts Javier Arenas, Colin Peek, Terrence Cody, Mike Johnson and Leigh Tiffin.

“Joining the players in Mobile Sunday were the two coaching staffs for this year’s game—the Miami Dolphins and Detroit Lions. The Dolphins will coach the South squad this week, while the Lions will head up the North.

“The South team will practice at Fairhope Municipal Stadium Monday, while the North will work out at Ladd-Peebles Stadium. Both practices begin at 2:45pm (CT) Monday and all are free and open to the public. “

San Jose State’s Justin Cole replaces Wisconsin’s O’Brien Schofield on the North Team following an injury by Schofield to his ACL in Monday’s practice.

The North team is coached by Jim Schwartz and the Detroit Lions, South Team by Tony Sparano and the Miami Dolphins.

The game is 4 p.m. ET on Jan. 30 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama. Duke and Georgia won’t have players in the Bowl.

PHOTOS! Did you catch the Greg Oden leaked photos online? Greg Oden’s leaked photos were cropped and chatted across sites this week.

Many reporting Oden’s leaked pics were cute on their cutting, leaving for viewers just his face while editing out the scandalous part.

Oden later this week gave an interview to press … with his clothes on .. about the matter.

“First, I’d like to apologize to everybody … Portland, the fans, the organization. It was very embarrassing. It was something that happened over a year and a half ago.

“It was a lady friend who I was having a relationship with, and it was just for her. It was definitely meant to keep private. I’m very sorry, and I’m definitely embarrassed for my family and everybody.

“I definitely learned a lot since it happened. I’ve definitely matured since then. You have to be careful with what you do, and who you trust.”

There were three pictures.

Picture one features Greg Oden in a two door white room with his shirt off and his blue shorts on. He is shooting into a mirror. There is no furniture. He doesn’t look happy, maybe because there is no furniture.

Picture two features the same room again. Gone are some items from picture one. Gone are the closed doors, along with something else. Viewers can see a quite impressive marble countertop added in the picture.

In picture three of third act of this viral video, viewers are off to another room, apparently at another time. In the ceiling is a not so impressive looking light fixture, on the left in a chair is a lazer printer. And something is falling to the floor.

Where is this viral video? On Worldstar Hip Hop which claims the pics were sent to a girl by Oden.

Lady GaGa did not die in a car accident. Lady GaGa dead reports are false.

Lady GaGa dead false reports were broke on LALATE last night at 10 pm PST. At the time, LALATE told you heightened activity of GaGa dead fake rumors swirling on Twitter.

Now this morning, they are spreading even faster than last night. Why?

In November, utterly bizarre fake statements posted online included the below:

“At 6pm Eastern Time, Lady Gaga was spotted entering a Starbucks in uptown Manhattan with Robert Pattinson. Witnesses say she was in the restroom for approximately ten minutes before emerging in a state of delerium. She rushed outside and broke into convulsions on the sidewalk.”

Lady GaGa with Robert Pattison? False. Creative, but false.

Today, it’s a “car crash”. It’s always a car crash, plane or bus accident, that dominates these fake celebrity death stories.

They appear almost to the point of suggesting automation, generally with the same fake fact patterns and rotating out pop and rap stars. GaGa was the subject of fake death report in November 2009.

And there was this one …

“Lady Gaga, the self-styled Queen of Pop, who has died suddenly aged 23 after being taken to hospital in Los Angeles, was music royalty – one of its biggest stars and holder, for Love Game, of the record for the best-selling album in history.
