The Hot Potato Cafe is front and center on tonight’s Kitchen Nightmares. Hot Potato Cafe gets a visit from Gordon Ramsey as he heads to the Philadelphia spot on the season premiere of “Kitchen Nightmares” Friday 9 pm (Fox).

Says the show:

“Philadelphia is known as “The City of Brotherly Love,” but one restaurant, the Hot Potato Cafe, is tearing a family apart. Passion, motivation and spirit fueled the restaurant when it was founded two years ago, but all of these mandatory ingredients are now in short supply.

“The Hot Potato Cafe, a family-run restaurant in Philadelphia, PA is owned by three women; sisters Claire and Kathryn and sister-in-law Erin. Chef Ramsay is in disbelief at what he witnesses at the cafe, and once the poor attitudes of the owners are mixed in, Ramsay does something he has never done before. Can Chef Ramsay find a way to help the Hot Potato Cafe survive?”

At 10 PM, the Rielle Hunter tape gets debated on 20/20 (ABC). The tape’s possessors (Andrew and Cheri Young) claim that the woman (theu contend is Hunter) is depicted on tape as very pregnant. Hunter, however, claims the tape was recorded in 2006. The problem? Hunter wasn’t pregnant until 2007. Hunter filed a length affidavit about the tape in her bid to block it, other tapes, and photos this week. Rielle describes the tape in question as the following:

“In or about December 2006, the decision was made that the video should be destroyed.

“Therefore, I opened up the plastic casing of the miniDV cassette and pulled out the tape contained therein. However, because I was concerned that persons seeking information about my activities were or could be searching my trash, I decided to instead store the remains of the miniDV tape in a hatbox in which I stored other important personal items in order to maintain possession and control over the video. I did not take any action that would obliterate the contents of the tape itself.”

So when did the tape disappear?

“I learned the video recordings were missing in September or October 2008, in conjunction with a move of my personal belongings. I believe the Youngs or one of them in fact have possession of the video and/or one or more copies of the video.”

The Youngs she references are Andrew and Cheri Young who will appear on 20/20 tonight to discuss the tape.

LIVE! Get a heads up on the the Miss America 2010 finalists tonight. The Miss American finalists contenders are revealed on “Miss America: Behind the Curtain” (10 PM EST) hosted by Clinton Kelly (“What Not to Wear”).

On Friday, TLC hopes to drive up the buzz lead in factor with this add-on broadcast. If you want to vote, you need to watch Kelly’s show because reportedly viewers’ voting will put four women into the top 15 for Saturday’s broadcast.

Then on Saturday, it’s the 89th pageant at8 p.m. EST on TLC. The host is the dimpled Mario Lopez and the judges are Rush Limbaugh, Brooke White (American Idol) and Paul Rodriguez.

Fun.

But here’s something that might surprise you. Last year’s broadcast pulled in a 3.5 ratings share, while Carrie Prejean’s opposites-broadcast on Miss USA pulled in a 5.0 for NBC.

At those numbers, an average episode of Jersey Shore is more watched than either beauty pageant.

Oliver is visited by the Dark Archer tonight on Smallville. Oliver’s Dark Archer, his mentor and former teacher, returns to Smallville tonight (8 pm CW) and brings havok to Chloe and Lois.

Zap2it says of the Dark Archer’s return tonight hte following:

“Mia immediately notices Oliver going crazy, which leads to her dismissal from the mentor program. Of course, he’s not crazy, as evidenced by Chloe’s near-death miss from the Dark Archer, then later revelation that they’re being taken out by someone with even better skills than Oliver.”

On FOX, “Kitchen Nightmares” returns (9 p.m.) with Chef Ramsay trying to help the Hot Potato Cafe.

Kurt Warner Retirement! Kurt Warner’s retires after weeks of questions. Warner’s retirement was announced moments ago at a press conference.

On Thursday, LALATE told you that Warner was expected to retire today. By exiting the game, Warner gives up the second year of a two year $23 million contract.

He told attendees:

“Not much on the drama part of it, as most of you know. Obviously, it’s been 12 unbelievable years, some of the best years of my life.

“But I want everybody to know that I’m just as excited about the next 12, that I’m excited about what lies in front of me. I’m excited about spending more time with my family, and seeing what God’s going to do next.”
