Jennifer Lyon of Survivor is dead at 37. Jennifer Lyon has died, the Survivor Palau 2005 contestant who finished 4th on the show. Reps confirmed Lyon’s death today, cause of death not announced. Lyon had stage three breast cancer discovered at age 33.

Lyon told press at the time she had been healthy her whole life. She eventually had a double mastectomy and chemotherapy.

Johnny Fairplay, tells press today: “Jen was such a beautiful person. I wish life was as simple as survivor because i know for a fact there are 300 of us that would use every immunity idol and jury vote in the world to have her back.”

Funeral arrangements have not been announced. Lyon will be greatly missed.
