UPDATE – Here is an update on those Logan Airport weather delays. Logan Airport weather delays are over following that mess Saturday.

On Saturday, Philadelphia International Airport weather delays created a mess in New England airports with delays as much as 6 hours.For Sunday that is no longer the case. Logan and neighboring airports now have only nominal delays.

As of 9 AM EST Sunday.FAA Air Traffic Control Sunday reports for Logan:

“Delays by Destination: No destination-specific delays are being reported. General Departure Delays: Traffic is experiencing gate hold and taxi delays lasting 15 minutes or less. General Arrival Delays: Arrival traffic is experiencing airborne delays of 15 minutes or less. “

Weather delays are back at Logan as follows:

* Due to RWY-TAXI / MAINTENANCE, departure traffic destined to Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia, PA (PHL) is currently experiencing delays averaging 2 hours and 49 minutes.
* Due to RWY-TAXI / MAINTENANCE, departure traffic destined to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington, DC (DCA) will not be allowed to depart until at or after 11:59 am EST.

General Departure Delays: Traffic is experiencing gate hold and taxi delays lasting 15 minutes or less.
General Arrival Delays: Arrival traffic is experiencing airborne delays of 15 minutes or less.”
