Tara Reid’s Playboy spread was were detailed by LALATE back in early fall 2009. Over the weekend, the cover photo finally was released. And as reported on LALATE earlier this week, Tara Reid became the first celebrity to knock Tiger Woods and his scandal off page one, as Reid’s Playboy spread became the biggest celebrity viral story this week.

And rightfully so.

What makes Tara Reid’s picture spread so interesting is not that she did it, not that she’s launching a comeback, but that Reid is unveiling how after years of corrective surgeries she has her body back. She’s always been beautiful, always been an LALATE favorite. But now, it just got even better.

It was just a year ago that blogs would tease Reid for seemingly taking peculiar nightclub promotion gigs in Australian or distant countries. But now, with one cover, she’s heading back to the top. Moreover, Tara looks incredible. But Reid herself admits that over the years she has gotten the raw hand of unfair publicity.

Tara reveals her chest has been fixed and it’s time to stop showing old pics of her.

“I got it fixed and now I’m OK and I want people to know I’m OK,” she told New York’s WPIX. “I’ve had it done for the last five or six years, but people only want to show the old pictures. It’s so unfair. That’s part of the reason why I did Playboy, to show people, ‘Right, look at me. This is how I look now.’ “

The pictures were shot October 7, 2009 at private residence in Santa Monica, California.

Reid suffered stomach scars following a botched 2004 liposuction procedure. Because of that procedure, Tara had said she would never choose to grace the pages of Playboy. Reid had said “I know there are problems with my stomach. There are bumps on it, it’s uneven, but it’s not that bad. My stomach scars are my bottle wounds.”
