Schweddy Balls will return along with new material. NBC says of tonight’s episode:

“The two-hour special will include brand-new material with Alec Baldwin, Steve Martin, the infamous troublemaker “Gilly” (played by Kristen Wiig), and others. The special will also feature favorite holiday-themed sketches from SNL’s 35-year history.

SNL holiday favorite sketches will include “NPR’s Delicious Dish and the Schweddy Balls” with Alec Baldwin, “A Holiday Wish” with Steve Martin, alongside newer fare like Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg’s “D ** k in a Box.”
