What does Tiger Woods have in common with Lou Pearlman? Mark NeJame! Tiger Woods’ new attorney is Mark NeJame whose clients have included Casey Anthony’s parents to Lou Pearlman to Jesse Maali.

On Sunday, FHP visited Tiger Woods’ home for third time to question Woods only to be turned away. Florida Highway Patrol have not told press why they feel they need to question Woods.

But some reports claim police are looking at the cause of Woods’ facial injuries and the cause of his crash. Highway patrol spokeswoman Sgt. Kim Montes on Sunday said “charges are pending” but didn’t indicated further detail. Montes issued the following statement:

“Just after 1:00 p.m., lawyer Mark NeJame contacted the Florida Highway Patrol to inform us that he is representing Tiger Woods. NeJame stated that the interview that was scheduled for today has been canceled. … The traffic crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.”

On Sunday, 24 hours later than promised, law enforcement released the Tiger Wood 911 audio and transcript which included the following exchange:

Operator 2: Is he unconscious?

Neighbor: Yes.

Operator 2: OK, are you able to tell if he’s breathing?

Neighbor: Uh, no, I can’t tell right now.

Operator 2: OK, all right, we do have help on the way. What color is his car, too?

Neighbor: It’s a black Escalade.

Person in background: What’s happened?

Operator 2: Is anyone able to open the door?

Neighbor: (mumbling to another person) We’re trying to figure out right now.

Mark NeJame previously represented Anthony’s parents. He will also be familiar to Nancy Grace fans for the attorney who came on her show in 2008 and got into a heated argument during a November interview with the host.

During the interview, NeJame slammed Grace “You’ve made more money on this story that I have.”

On Sunday, Rachel Uchitel left her reported home in New York, flew to Los Angeles, and joined her own new lawyer, Gloria Allred.

Uchitel has denied allegations in a new National Enquirer report.

“I don’t appreciate my name or what people think of me being dragged through the mud by people who don’t even bother to research what or who they’re talking about … they should research who these stories are coming from, who they’re believing as a credible source. Not to mention that it’s in the National Enquirer.”
