VIDEO! Here is youtube video of Mark NeJame, Tiger Woods’ new attorney. Mark NeJame’s name is familiar to followers of the Casey Anthony case.

Mark NeJame previously represented Anthony’s parents. He will also be familiar to Nancy Grace fans for the attorney who came on her show in 2008 and got into a heated argument during a November 2008 interview with the host.

NeJames reportedly resigned from the Anthonys matter reportedly stating to WKMG-Channel 6’s Louis Bolden: “I need to be in control of my clients and I need to be in control of my cases. And if I’m not, then I’m not as effective as I need to be.”

During the interview, NeJame slammed Grace “You’ve made more money on this story that I have.”

Earlier today Highway patrol spokeswoman Sgt. Kim Montes issued the following statement about him”

“Just after 1:00 p.m, lawyer Mark NeJame contacted the Florida Highway Patrol to inform us that he is representing Tiger Woods. NeJame stated that the interview that was scheduled for today has been canceled. … The traffic crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.”

From Friday to Saturday Rachel Uchitel told press she did not have an affair with Woods despite a report in the National Enquirer. She told People “This is not a story I have anything to do with”. Uchitel also told US Magazine “I met him twice and have not heard from him since. I did not have an affair with Tiger Woods… I don’t understand why anyone would think this has anything to do with me.”

As broke on Friday here, Uchitel previously told Black Book that the Enquirer and Star Magazine stories were false.

“I don’t appreciate my name or what people think of me being dragged through the mud by people who don’t even bother to research what or who they’re talking about … they should research who these stories are coming from, who they’re believing as a credible source. Not to mention that it’s in the National Enquirer.”

Also on Sunday, Tiger Woods issued a statement:

“As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I’m pretty sore.

This situation is my fault, and it’s obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I’m human and I’m not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn’t happen again.

“This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.
