Tila Tequila’s legal team is taking a Shot at website 4tube (4tube.com) over an alleged stolen video tape. The Tila Tequila 4tube video tape allegedly pulls from footage stolen from Tila’s personal laptop, says legal reps to press today.

Tila’s reps maintain the footage was on a personal laptop that was stolen two years ago. The man featured on the tape is not identified.

While the website has yet to issue a statement to press, Tila’s reps report they are taking a Shot at requests, if not litigation, to remove the tape.
