Kenneth Acker’s 33 yard punt return for a TD is for Grant High School against Central Catholic, a play that many are calling not just a play of the day but perhaps play of the year.

The play was during the Oregon 6A state second-round game second quarter. Grant had been behind 0-14 in the first but would eventually win 50-14.

And who gave the key block? He deserves credit too! The video comes from OregonLive.com which says of the play “Kenneth Acker of Grant eludes Central Catholic tacklers at every turn in a play that is surely one of 2009’s plays of the year. “
