PHOTO. Here is a picture of Kelle Jarka who tells 20/20 his side of the Isabelle Jarke case tonight. Isabelle Jarka’s husband Kelle Jarka of 19 years was sentenced to life in prison.
The difference - not a single trace of evidence. Says 20/20: “Can a man be sent to prison when there is no hard evidence and just circumstantial evidence? The segment’s producer tells local press:
“It was one of those rare instances where someone was convicted of this type of crime and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, and the case was almost inclusively circumstantial evidence…He could be your next-door neighbor. He doesn’t come across as a killer.”
Jarka told his judge before sentencing:
“We were married for 20 beautiful years. Isabelle and I dreamed of growing old together. That dream was taken from us… I long for her smile, her touch, her smell, her love.”

Jehovah’s Witnesses clergy elder Jarka is Guilty!
It only took the Jury 3 hours to deliberate and the Jury foreman said their was NO doubt in any of their minds.Remember only a hard to pawn desktop PC tower was taken by “alleged” thief and $500 cash in plain sight was left behind.

Truth is - Jarka was convicted on circumstantial evidence. OJ Simpson was let go with more evidence. More was taken that above. Druggies did it.
The legal system is a farce.

$3.5 million life insurance taken out 3 weeks before death.
The cumulated weight of all the circumstantial factors point to Jarka. These result in a pre-meditated first degree murder plot for financial gain due to his economic woes. All you gotta do is connect the dots or put the puzzle pieces together. He was the last one to see her alive.
This one is a slam dunk!

If he didn’t do it, he’s the most unlucky guy in the world. Clearly the laws of coincidence had it in for him.
1) The 3 week old ins. policies that he was evasive and deceptive about. Coincidence?
2) An elder was at the house that night until 3 am because Isabelle was upset at Kelle. Coincidence?
3) Isabelle murdered on a night when there was major upset between them into early hours. Coincidence?
4) Burglar left CASH and laptop but disconnected and took huge desktop computer tower. Really, REALLY?
5) Forensic expert testified car was there when door kicked in. FORENSIC EXPERT. Coincidence?
6)Jarka”s in deep financial trouble and getting worse. Business severely upside down. Coincidence?
7) What a normal person would see as a murder, Kelle reported as a robbery for 36 seconds. Coincidence?
9) Burglars are thieves not murderers. Burglar murders are incredibly rare. Coincidence?
10) Isabelle struck 11 times. This much is usually crime of passion not burglary. Coincidence?
11) Drips from missing weapon absent, suggests plan not surprised robber. Coincidence?
12) Time of death never established, she could have been dead for many hours. Coincidence? 13) Kelle had her cremated immediately. Further testing impossible. Coincidence?
14) Computer searches on how to kill people all over Kelle’s laptop. Coincidence?
15) Daughter testified Isabelle mentioned divorce at Job site days before. Coincidence?
16) Daughter testified laptop was mainly used by Kelle. Coincidence?
17) Kelle told friends he was going to walk away from house and job and move to Mexico days before.
18) Isabelle did not want to move to Mexico talked with mother about leaving Kelle. Coincidence?
19) 13 year old daughter appears to have no difficulty believing her father did it. Coincidence?
20) If you want to know who a person REALLY is, ask their kids, they know the dark side.
Coincidence? Unlucky guy huh?
