The Project Runway mega star took the last name of husband Seal formally on Frdiay. The couple have been married four years, their fourth child born last month.

But when asked by PEOPLE Friday if Heidi will now go by “Heidi Samuel” professionally, her rep had no comment. Last week, Heidi walked the Victoria Secret runway only six weeks after giving birth. The 36 year old model gave a one word explanation on her filing for official name change:
