Don Cannon has been handed an arrest in Carlsbad and is now facing extradition. Don Cannon is the former Pittsburgh anchor having worked at WTAE TV and KDKA TV.

Reports today indicate on Tuesday Don Cannon was arrested in Carlsbad on a Pennsylvania bench warrant from Allegheny County. Allegheny Sheriffs’ office tell press Cannon was set to serve house arrest and probation starting in October but hasn’t. The cases were two 2008 drunk driving cases from western Pennsylvania.

The Department tells AP that Cannon has since been arrested for DUI also in California.
