When news first broke early Thursday morning of the arrest of Senator Kerry’s daughter, TMZ ran an edited picture of Kerry wearing a particular black dress. Now Senator Kerry is speaking out. Either Senator Kerry’s remark or the picture is being looked at by the net today, a little closer.

“Alexandra Kerry was pulled over for an expired registration and was released after the results of a breathalyzer test at the police station were under the legal limit. Senator Kerry supports his daughter and will have no further comment on a private matter.”

But how about a comment on the dress?
