PHOTO. Below is a picture of Johanna Orozco whose relationship with Juan Ruiz Jr. is covered on 20/20 tonight. Johanna Orozco and Ruiz were in love, two beautiful high school seniors.
Together Orozco and Ruiz seemed to be the perfect couple at Cleveland High School. They attended Lincoln West High School.
Drama teacher Catherine Zak tells 20/20 tonight - “They were gorgeous .. gorgeous and they looked good on each other’s arms. They were the ideal couple. Everyone wanted to be like Johanna and Juan. .. They were much in love.”
Finally, the relationship ended. She ended it and he wanted it to continue. She said Juan would beat her until she agreed to stay together.
Then in February 2007, Johanna Orozco deleted Juan’s pictures from her myspace page. Juan wold assault her at her home, attempt to kill her.

i think that juan should of never did what he did he should of really thought about it and decide that he was not going to do it and think about the consequences. i am really proud of johanna she is a strong young lady she is a role model for other young women.
