Phone Fake (PhoneFake.com), being able to spoof your caller ID for free, was featured on tv tonight. Phone Fake’s PhoneFake.com is featured on Law and Order SVU tonight.
Only problem – PhoneFake.com is fake. The website is not real. But the good news is you can spoof your called ID with a company called “Spoof Card” (SpoofCard.com). On October 21, the company was featured on ABC and NBC and co founder Meir Cohen was on the Today Show and CBS Early Show.
But what is SpoofCard?
“SpoofCard offers the ability to change what someone sees on their caller ID display when they receive a phone call. Simply dial SpoofCard’s toll free number or local access number in your country and then enter your PIN. You’ll then be prompted to enter the destination number followed by the phone number to appear on caller ID. It’s that easy!“
Who normally uses SpoofCard?
“There are thousands of examples of SpoofCard use! For example, business professionals such as doctors can return calls using their personal telephones without disclosing phone numbers they prefer to keep private. Also, the free call recording feature enables many businesses to have a record of a verbal order or transaction that can be referred back to later.“
